Loving My Juke!!!

The dealership isn't anything fancy, but the customer service is 5 star! They did everything they said they were going to do from taking my trade in to getting my loan pushed through. I bought my car while their internet service was down and they still managed to make it a pleasant experience. Kathy Parks (sales) is phenomenal. I never felt pressured and she treated me with so much kindness and respect. She really went above and beyond for me, even after the sale was completed. Esmeralda (finance) was also wonderful and I have just confirmed that they paid off my existing car note in the time frame they told me they would. These are good, honest people and I feel comfortable recommending anyone to do business with Kathy Parks specifically!

My experience

Peter took good care of us. I traded my girlfriend 2016 Kia Forte in for a 2017 Kia Optima Peter made sure we was took care of and made sure we got in what we wanted!!! Second time getting a car from there I'll be sending all my friends there.

New Kia Forte

With the internet being down it made the buying process a little difficult, but Ashton went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He even did what he could to get me in a brand new Kia Forte!

I went in needing a car really bad and I was honestly nervous because I had no idea what I would end up with. Luckily Daniel was there to really help me and to not just try to make a sell he listened to my wants and needs and helped me get into a nicer car than I had originally planned to. Daniel...

My sales rep was Daniel Barretto. He was such a great help and very patient with me. Not only that he helped me pick the right car for me an my kids. I will recommend and refer anyone looking for a car! And all of the other staff was so nice and friendly , make you feel like home. I say it's a great place to shop for your car!
