went here to look at a specific used car. salesman said he couldn't find it. offered one $3000 more. we declined. he said he'd look again. brought back... the more expensive one. we left. manager caught us. found the car. then told us the complete care package was $1500 and they dont sell it without that. waste of time and utter nonsense.
Please bear with me, as this is a long winded and detailed review. I bought my 2016 Kia Soul in June of 2017. I traded in an almost 30 year old Chevy... that I couldn't afford maintenance on, or the gas I needed for work travel. The sale was pretty much how I expected it to go (I had never bought a car before). I told our sales rep what my budget was and he mostly got it there. But, by the time I walked out, my monthly payments were $50 more, per month, for added roadside assistance and driver plus . Fine, the benefits outweigh the $50. I take my car in about 6 months later for an oil change and multi-point inspection. Everything is good...or so I thought. A few days later, my check oil light is coming on in the middle of driving. I had to take my car back THREE times with a video before they would even take more than 5 minutes to look at my car. Come to find out, when they changed the oil, oil got spilled into the sensor which was causing the light to come on. A few months later I notice my RPMs are extremely high when trying to accelerate. I take my car in and get told it's absolutely normal and get charged for them to check it. Fine, I'd rather not blow up. The issue still persists but I've been told that it's not a big deal and is completely normal. A few months later, it's oil change time, again. I go in and tell them about my FRONT passenger tire constantly losing air and ask for it to be checked and to get my tires rotated. I'm there for 3 hours and when I wrap up they say everything is fine. A week later, my tire pressure is low, again, and on the same tire. They didn't check the tire, nor did they rotate them. I go in today, after getting a call about a recall. I ask again if they'll check the front passenger tire during the multi-point inspection. I drop my car off, go to work, and about an hour later I get a call saying there's a nail in my REAR passenger tire. I mention that I'm not having an issue with it, that it's the FRONT tire and I'm put on hold so they can double check. They come back and tell me they both have nails, aren't patchable, and come in at $155/tire. I also get informed that my drive plus is expired (despite paying the extra $50/month) and when I ask about why, they tell me they can't look it up and would have to "dig through paper archives". I go to get a second opinion on my tires because they're barely 3 years old and only have 14.5k on them. Where I take them inspects the tires and shows me the nail...the rear tire has NO nail and the front is patchable. At this point, I hope my drive plus is expired because I'm at my last straw with Clay Cooley service department. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone - it has made owning my first car more frustrating than owning an almost 30 year old truck.
What a great experience buying my new niro. Romeo Sosa took care of me and he listened to my concerns and worked hard to get a great deal. The whole process... went smoothly and didn't take all day. Clean professional service department.The scheduled oil change was gas and efficient and included a car wash and vacuum. The service manager kept me advised... of my vehicle status. Service was completed correctly the first time. Thanks for the outstanding service.

Mr Fernandez, the Area Manager, I really felt, gave me a good price for my Kia Telluride SX, but went back on his word of throwing in front window tinted... when I was ready to sign. The other, unfair and unacceptable treatment was that I had signed up months before to be part of the Telluride Founders Club I was awaiting emails and information but didnt receive any news. I found out from my father that they had some in Houston so I went to Clay Cooley Kia in Irving to see one for myself. On March 4th I purchased the SX. Three days later I get a Founder's Club email with a promotion for $750 off first months payment valid March 4th through the end of April. I go back up to the dealership and show the my promo code and the dates that where in range of the promotion. But I was told that code must be entered at time of purchase and I was ineligible. Mabey next time I will wait or not purchase at all from Kia Motors. I just feel that I was cheated for an offer that I qualified for given that i financed with Kia and purchased a vehicle in that time frame. Again, Mr Fernandez was pleasant, just not at all accommodating to my situation. I dont feel like I would purchase through Clay Cooley again.
Great service. Definitely signed for a crappy lease contract (ultimatey my fault) The service department is great though. Would def recommend their service... at this new location

From the initial call to Lonnie, who advised a replacement part was still under warranty, to Rudy who orchestrated the best course of action, to Jose... who ensured all parts were ordered & delivered for service appt, to sealing the deal with Steven, service rep in handling every detail like a pro, I couldn't have been more proud of the team effort that exceeded my expectations! And the icing on the cake was having a great car wash, tire pressure checked making both owner & car a very happy customer!!! Also, was greeted by Anthony, on-line salesman who was pleasant to talk to while waiting.
