I went to Clay Cooley for an oil change the service adviser was very prompt and knowledgeable about my service needs and also told me I had a recall and I didn't realize it so they took care of it along with my oil changed they have always been professional and yes it does take a little while to get work done but that's just how it is I don't mind it all because that's just them doing there job .

Great service, friendly staff and you are informed of what your car needs. There is also a waiting area as well and a shuttle service within 10 miles .

The service manager was very courteous and thorough on explaining what I needed as far as my oil change for the mileage he filled out my little book for the mileage, so I know what step I will be next time. And the oil change was completed in a timely manner.
