Oil change

Phil(?) was great: friendly, not condescending in any way, personable. Been using this dealership for many years! Purchased many vehicles here. Almost starts to feel like family!

Dead battery

My car was towed to Friendly due to a dead battery. Their prompt service and customer service was excellent. I would certainly use them again.

New to the area, needed service, impressed!

My son recently moved to the area to start a new job and needed service after a check engine light appeared on our 2012 Acura RDX. The appointment was easily made online and I followed up with a call to the service manager to explain. The car had some significant safety issues and regular maintenance that were clearly explained and corrected after the new parts arrived. A loaner car was available and was returned 2 days later. Thanks to the service team, we’ll be back when future service is needed!

Great service

I called in at the last minute for a state inspection and service technicians were extremely helpful in getting me an appointment right away. Once there, it’s nothing but top-notch service and facilities. I regularly go there for all my car services and I’m never disappointed. Definitely a fair service department!

Fuel pump recall

Always get friendly, knowledgeable, first rate service. Prompt, on time, very little wait and just very nice people. I go out of my way for service here because it’s so good. I have a 2016 MDX and my wife has a 2019 RDX. GREAT CARS!!! thisDealer is where I’ll buy my next Acura.
