Service managers/associates are first rate.

Service managers/associates are first rate. Maintenance work is recommended but not forced or steered The work is consistently done right. Not sure I could attain the mileage on my TLX if it wasn’t for the quality maintenance work. My car is at 220k miles and I expect it to go to 300k. Credit to Friendly Acura of Middletown

The Best of the Best

This is my third Acura with the Middletown dealership and every time has been fabulous. Awesome customer service all around. I just had my first oil change on my latest car and it was quick and easy. Great lounge area as well to work out of while waiting.

Hospitality’s at that dealer is on High level

Friendly Acura is the most honest dealer I know . All staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there couple days ago and bought my RDX Salesman Elle was veryyy pleasant and took time to explain details. I’ll always recommend that dealer!!!

Service appointment

Service department was excellent! At tentative to my needs. Work was done promptly. Appointment was easily made. Phil was very knowledgeable about my car and it’s needs.

Excellent service

Great service from Ed's whole team. In and out service with doing an oil change and tire rotation. Great service from Ed's whole team. I will continue coming here for service and parts.

Great service

Always a pleasure to return to Friendly Acura. The entire experience is smooth- booking appointment for service is quick and easy. I don’t even mind waiting at the dealership, as they’ve gone the extra mile to ensure that wait time is minimal and waiting area is comfortable. Staff is great, too!

In for my first service Naomi and the service team are top notch at Friendly Acura of Middletown I even got a voucher for a car wash since it was raining
