In for my first service Naomi and the service team are top notch at Friendly Acura of Middletown I even got a voucher for a car wash since it was raining

Awesome caring dealership

Folks at the dealership are great.Bringing our vehicle in for service is easy and we are advised what will be done.Always are asked if we have any concerns or questions. The same conversation is completed when we pick the vehicle up. Kinda makes us feel good that someone cares.

I love Friendly Acura.

I love Friendly Acura. My car is in excellent condition, nobody outside of this dealership has touched my car since I leased it. My lease will end soon, and I plan to buy from here.

Great experience

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Purchased my expiring lease. Everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend! Lease was originated at same location and experience was great three years ago as well.
