Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat of Spokane

Jennifer Hawk and Chris Dejulia made my new car experience exceptional. I've bought two new cars at Lithia Dodge and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Received Carfax notice of recall. Contacted Lithia, set up recall repair and 50000 mile service. Lithia service center helped us, picked up and serviced the jeep. Working good so far.

Courteous, was done ahead of the estimated time to be done! Handled the social distancing very well and had a nice waiting area with access to beverages and snacks.

I had an appointment for an oil change. It took 2 hours to get done and I had to ask if it was almost ready.

Now i know this doesn't happen every time but i couldn't give a 5 star rating this time.. My last service appointment was outstanding.. This one not so much.. Oily handprints on my hood of my 2020 RAM 1500. Not to mention the oil that was smeared all over 2/3 of my left fender. Kinda disappointed. Then when i asked where my vehicle was parked. I was told it was in the row behind the wall to the left.. Couldn't find my vehicle. It was parked outside the entrance door and to the right.. Found it by hitting the remote start.. Love the sound of my truck.. Im sure the next service will be better because like i said the first was outstanding!! Lithia has a great bunch working for them and i know things happen when you get busy but sometimes you just have to slow down and ask yourself if i was the customer would this be acceptable?

3rd car purchase from this dealership. This salesperson Jennifer, was excellent compared to last we had. A supervisor, who couldn't wear a mask, was brusk and pushy to "sign here and here, fast." A major reason to come back is our personal service advisor. Julie makes a real difference.

Very accommodating and professional! I would definitely take my rig here again in the future. They were timely and efficient and paid for an Uber to get me home so I didn’t have to wait around.
