Celina was an incredible saleswoman, listened to my needs, and exceedingly met them. Josh in the finance department was amazing as well, he really came through with meeting my financial needs. Everything went very smooth.

Go see Jennifer Hawk if you are buying a vehicle

I live in Illinois, West of Chicago. With covid, dealer inventory is down terribly and Lithia was the only dealership in the entire country that had the exact 2020 Ram ecodiesel truck I wanted. There was a fair amount of back and forth communication initially as the truck was still in transit to the dealer but I will say that Jennifer always answered the phone and returned texts very promptly. Unfortunately,I had to hold up some pretty small hoops for her to jump through, especially with the delivery schedule. Ultimately She did a great job and made everything happen. She had all my paperwork ready when I arrived and took her time to show me the features and general operating procedures for the vehicle before I left. She was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle Interior systems. I left knowing what buttons did what and it made the long drive home feel like a truck I was more familiar with. She even checked in a few times to make sure the trip home was going ok and that there were no issues with the vehicle. I can't speak for the service side of Lithia as I had no reason for interaction, but if I lived in the area I would make Jennifer my go to salesperson for all of my business and personal vehicle purchases.

Did an oil consumption test. Was told to drive 1500...

Did an oil consumption test. Was told to drive 1500 miles. When I checked the oil it was about halfway down. They said they marked the dipstick but I couldn't see where. Anyway, when I brought it back in they said I had normal consumption. Is it possible, sure. But between services I usually go through 3-4 quarts of oil. Well I checked my oil 300 miles later. Guess what my car needs. Fricken oil. Not sure what kind of service department they are running but their mechanics are worthless. Or at least the one that looked at my vehicle. My service advisor, I forget his name, but he is on point and will take care of you. Just socks that he has no one that will back him up.

Bought a used RAM 3500. Sales person was great to work with and no pressure. Financing waa very easy and worked with me to get the terms and options I wanted. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a vehicle.

Scamers!

Your sales people would not listen to me and scammed me into buying a car otside of me cash limit and were greedy. Also when it came cown to signing Richard kept the papers flying as I signed them as I thought they were what the sales people and I agreed on. Never did he ask me if I had any questions or offer to review the documents before my signing. SUCKER ME!

Julie is why I came in and she is great.the people in my car were not wearing masks and my car was not wiped down someone in the lobby didn't have a mask on. Julie and receiving porter both had on masks and followed safety protocol. So you should take down that sigh no one is safe at your dealership
