Waited 2 weeks while the vehicle was being repaired. Kept in touch a couple times. Was told it was ready and to schedule an appointment. Chose the next day. Got a text hours before that they sold the vehicle I had an appointment to purchase. After contacting the manager, I was told I should have put a deposit down which was never offered and later mentioned they weren’t taking deposits on it because of the level of interest. Poorly handled. So disappointed in this poor business and the experience.

This was very customer oriented. The customer service was one of the best I have ever incurred. The paper work was a simple step. The sales personell was very pleasureable to deal with. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to be treated royally. Thank you all for the great service.

I have bought many vehicles in my life and it's usually a difficult experience. Not so at Exit5. I couldn't believe how easy and pleasant it was. I emailed Patrick about a car, within an hour or so I received an emailed video of the car. I came in to see and test drive the car and made a deal. There was no hard sell, no hidden fees, no pressure whatsoever. It was like hanging out with a friend. I'm spreading the word to all my friends. If you need a car, truck or SUV, GO TO EXIT5!!! I know I'm going back there for my next car.

Came from out of state (NH) and wasn’t expecting to purchase same day. The car was so much better than my expectations, I ended up buying it right then and there. They got me exactly what I needed for trade in price. Patrick even kept the dealership open late to finalize my transaction. After the sale, had a small issue with a check engine light. Since I’m a few states away, they sent me directly to the BMW dealership and even paid for a part that wasn’t covered under warranty! Cannot say enough good things about Exit 5 Auto... Thanks guys!!

I was on my way home from visiting relatives in Canada, when my caliper bolt decided to snap off. The border guard recommended me to this garage and their service was nothing short of stellar. After unsuccessfully looking for a replacement in town, he went as far as to take one from his own fleet, so that I could keep going on my way the same day. I have sen a lot of garages, in my life, you guys are the best I've seen by far!

110% car buying experience...as you can tell this dealer is fabulous! Car buying w/Rudy is as it should be-NO DRAMA. No add on fees/hidden costs or other surprises as was common w/most dealerships I have experienced. My car had recently died so I was on the hunt for another vehicle. I was searching online and I found a nice Honda insight, reasonably priced with the amount of miles it had. I called exit 5 and I was immediately on the phone with the sales manager Jill Kavanough. I made an appointment to come down for a test drive, after my test drive and every question and concern I had was answered and satisfied I said ok let's do this. I have limited credit history and before the coffee was done brewing I had an approval from the bank. Everything was done in less than an hour. Jill was absolutely flawless and stellar through the entire processes. I never dreamed that purchasing a vehicle would have ever been this easy. She is a blessing. I highly recommend jill at exit5 auto group over the big box dealerships any day.
