I was unaware of this dealership until I was looking at my credit unions website where I found "preferred dealers." When I looked at the website, I found a car I was interested in and visited the next day to test drive the vehicle. I was greeted by Rudy who was friendly and professional. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and took it for a test drive and decided I wanted to purchase it. We discussed a trade in value for my current vehicle and came to an agreement. We went over the paperwork and Rudy followed up with some paperwork challenges and I was able to pick up the vehicle the next week. He also showed us around the building, including the Service Department and it was very clean and well organized. The experience was very positive from start to finish and I will absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Thank you to all involved!!

Rudy was very quick to respond to my initial e-mail, he confirmed my appointment for a test drive which was re-assuring to me that it was important to him. This was not the most expensive car on his lot but his professional actions and demeanor made it clear I was his focus. I had been looking for a pre-owned car and over the course of many months saw some adequate cars. I was not aware of Exit 5 Auto during this search. A friend told me of a Toyota Corolla on Exit 5's lot and I decided to take a look. I met Jill during my initial visit. She is an absolute professional. During the test drive she provided expert knowledgeable about the vehicle and the history of the car during its stay at Exit 5. When she knew the answer, she gave it. If she didn't know the answer she would not speculate - she answered honestly that she would have to do further research and get back with me. I was very pleased that Exit 5 would allow me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic for an extended checkup. The Corolla was very well maintained and passed a rigorous pre-purchase inspection with ease. A simple negotiation led to my purchase of a quality vehicle at a fair price.
