Craig Florkowski's salesmanship was superior! He ascertained what I was looking for, in a pre-owned vehicle, and what I could financially afford, and made it happen. My first visit to the dealership was on Friday, and I was driving home on Monday in my 2021 Kia Forte! Took test drives of two 2021 Fortes, fell in love with the second one. Financing arranged, registration arranged, insurance with my carrier arranged, and I was on the road. The process was quick and easy, but with no pressure. I was told that WestHerr has 39 dealerships! They'll find what you're looking for. My granddaughter bought a 2024 Telluride earlier in the day. Her 3rd vehicle purchase from Craig. Purchasing a vehicle is a very large investment so you have to trust the person, and the dealership, that you're working with. Craig Florkowski and WestHerr are a winning combination! When I had my '09 Impala, I always had it serviced at WestHerr Chevrolet,(where it was purchased in '09 when the dealership was Glen Campbell)through Nick Valvo my service advisor. Always satisfied!

LOVING my new ride! Took my maiden voyage to Corning, where I'm a member of the Corning Museum of Glass. I make the trip monthly, because I thoroughly enjoy the journey. Smooth ride, economical on gas, easy handling.

Once again we visited West Herr & received amazing customer service. Our visit was to end our lease & get into another Lease. Good over all experience. No pushing. Our salesperson (Victor) listened to our need, budget, color of veh & safety over all. We negotiated & got to a budget we were satisfied with & got vehicle of our choice & color.
