The absolute worst, weakest dealer I've ever encountered in my life! Their management staff has no business selling cars! I have a fully approved deal with the bank that these xxxxxxx won't sell! They won't be in business long not selling cars! None of these inbred xxxxxxx would ever make it at a real dealership! To the owner of Crain Kia, you might want to hire a real staff that wants to sell cars. Or come to California, where the big boys play and make money!🤣🖕 xxxxing pathetic hillbillies!

Purchased 2017 Kia Soul about a year ago. Purchased extended warranty with it. Car spontaneously caught fire. Cannot as of yet get them to honor warranty. At this point insurance is the only one offering partial payment with me liable for thousands to close the note.

Do not do business with them. They caught my wife and daughter looking at a car. High pressure sales tactics and signed them up for a 2017 Kia Soul at way more than it was worth. Sold extra warranties. It spontaneously caught on fire and they will not make it good, will not cooperate, unless you want to risk your life with cars known to spontaneously catch on fire then be left holding the bill stay away. Stay far away.

Absolutely never coming here again! I was sold the car with faulty tire pressure sensors and WAS NEVER TOLD xxxx until I drove off the lot not even about 10 minutes away! I bought the car because I was moving to Kansas I needed a brand new car. All They did was reset the battery to make the tire light go off to make it look like everything was working and the next thing you know I see the tire pressure sensor pop up on my dash. I was able to get a plan for free oil changes for 72 months and they sent me tickets that had the warranty number on them so I can give to my dealer every time I went. Low and behold it was a pain in the xxx to get these tickets, as soon as I got to my new dealer in Kansas they said that my warranty was expired after I just bought it not even a month ago! I contacted this dealership about the issue and was able to get a new plan number but now I look like an idiot walking into my dealership with a sticky note with my new number on it. When I also get to my dealer they tell me that all for my sensors are not working! I’ve had so many problems with this place! I have requested numerous times for new booklets and they have not once been sent in the past year and a half. Will never ever be buying from his place again and I do not trust the dealers whatsoever.

Went around looking for used, didn't expect to make the decision to sign on for something new. Pretty exciting experience overall and smooth, friendly process. Didn't feel like I was being pressured, more just recommended something something that would best suit my needs.

our sales rep, Carl, went above and beyond what we thought was necessary. he made the entire process move smoothly as a quickly as possible and checked up the next day to make sure all went or was going well .

took my 2016 Sorento in for service. Ended up buying a 2021 Sportage. (Great little crossover!!!) Great people to work with, great service, great price.

Bought 2015 chevy cruze Ltz from them 6 months ago. Has been nothing but service work on engine. I told them this would be my 4th repair on the car in 6 months to the engine. They just shrugged me off saying nothing they can do. Was a bad choice coming to this dealer wish I went someplace else, dont let the cheap prices on cars pull you in. They will get more than their money back from repair cost.

Took a Cadenza in for trunk won't open. Tech checked said he was going on vacation and bring it back next week and he'd have to trace down all the wiring. Two plus hours. Looked on YouTube. Customers with same two hour scenarios. Explained hidden switch under glove box that had vibrated to off mode. Mechanic I'm sure knew of this, if not needs to seek another trade. Switch not shown in owners manual.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPlE!!!! DISHONEST! LURED US IN WITH FAKE PICTURES AND FAKE PRICE. TRIED TO CHARGE $2000 OVER PRICE ON TEXT THEN WHEN READY TO BUY COULDN’t deliver!!!! Total Scam!!!!!
