Buying a car from Crain Kia of Ft smith Arkansas.
My sales lady Katy was a great person to work with. She was very knowledgeable on every car I looked at She helped me get the best deal and her manager Ricky went above and beyond. I had such a exceptional experience I came back two weeks later and purchased another car from her. I highly recommend Crain Kia and go see Katy

Crain Kia will take advantage of you.
Stupid Me!! While traveling to Texas from Iowa my Kia's engine blew. It was still under warranty so Kia towed it to the closest dealership, Crain Kia in Ft. Smith. I was told it would take over 250 days to get the parts. I had no choice as I needed to get to Texas for my family. I needed a car and Crain was closing at 8:00. I asked how much the Kia Serento was and Krystal responded it was 43,350. It's beautiful! Third row seats, driving assist, heated seats, remote start, it's loaded. The car is beautiful! The problem is there was no sticker on the window. I had no paperwork to read. I had no idea what I was paying for. I thought I was getting a top of the line Kia Serento. I had not had time to research and I was in a huge pickle being so far from home. Crain knew this. I stayed in a hotel and was called the next morning and told the new car was ready to be picked up as it was now clean. I went in and asked for the paperwork. They looked at me strange and said , "Oh, you didn't get anything." I said "no, it was late last night." They said they would get them together while I got the things from my car and switched then to the new car. Krystal gave me a quick review of the navigation system and I was then given the paperwork as I was walking out. The paper work DID NOT MENTION ANYWHERE the 9,000.00 market adjustment! I was in the drivers seat ready to leave and asked where the sticker was. Krystal then pulled out the Kia book where the sticker was inside the book. This is the first time I saw it. You can imagine my surprise when I saw the 26% markup of 9,000.00! I asked what this was for. Krystal said everybody has to pay it and as a matter of fact she just got a new car and she had to pay it to. I looked more carefully at the sticker and it said, "What is this?" "The Crain Commitment?" she said that the power train was now extended for 100 years. I then said, " Well then why do I need the extended warranty?" She then said, "You don't". So now I'm thinking the 9,000.00 is for an extended warranty. As I drove off I had a sick feeling in my stomach. When I got to my destination I pulled out the paperwork to see more about the "Crain Commitment" It was not anywhere to be found. I called back the dealer and Krystal then text me the papers. The "Crain Commitment " is worthless to me. It says I have the right to exchange the car if I had less than 100 miles on it. Of course this was over within two hours of driving away, when I didn't even have the paperwork until well after that. The powertrain is still 100,000 miles which Kia provides. The only way the "Crain Commitment" helps you is if you never drive your car and you have it over 10 years. I drive about 14,000 miles a year, which is average. I called the general manager to complain and he stated that he had heard enough. Krystal was now on vacation in Colorado and they are charging an extra 15,000. People, I am now back in Iowa. The local Kia dealership has no extra fee!!!!!!! The Ford Dealer locally is charging 3,000 extra for a 50,000 dollar car. Travel somewhere else to get you car. DO NOT BUY FROM CRAIN!!! 26% markup is like robbery! Greed!!!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. You will get the “run around”, lied to about your vehicle, and no one will return your calls. The Crain Commitment is a joke! You will have to push for legal action before they will take you seriously! I would HIGHLY recommend buying a vehicle somewhere else!

Driving on Sunshine
Just picked up our new EV6 electric SUV. Must say the deal was well carried out by Tom and his staff. Met all of the department managers and was treated with respect and professionalism by all. Defiantly a Five Star performance.
