No consideration for the customer

I went in to look at an expedition EL and I loved the vehicle and it was priced very well. I had them look at my vehicle for a trade in and they totally low balled me on a price. I did my research on my car and I knew that I could get around $10,500/$11,000 for my car. They wanted to only give me $9,000 for it because they stated that is how much they could buy it from auction. I told them that I am not an auction and that I am a customer for them and I am buying a vehicle from them and not haggling with the price of the car they are selling. I found multiple cars identical to mine at other dealerships selling for $13,500 to $15,000. I told them about this and they stated that they only go off what they can buy a car at auction for. I don't know how they get any trade ins if they do this for everyone who walks in the door with a trade in. I told them they were only being one sided and they would not negotiate at all with me especially since I did not negotiate with the price of the car I wanted to buy. I figured they would at least meet in the middle. They told me well it is what it is and I feel as if they were being totally unprofessional. I will never go back to this dealership and I hope this review says other people away because they definitely are there to just make money and they do not consider there customers at all.

Not willing to work with the customer at all

I normally don't like Dealerships, but I Love this one!

The people are the reason I Love this dealership. Levar McCollum helped me find the car that I was looking for. I was a little picky about what I wanted and he was patient and kind and found exactly what I needed. I've been going to this dealership for my maintenance on my previous vehicle and they are not push, but informative and don't make me feel like they are making stuff up. I TRUST them in the Service area. I recommended my sisters as well and now they go here for their Nissan maintenance on their cars.

painted, expensive cars

I try to buy a car from them, they almost sold me, but I did a little research and found out that they bought this car from a small re-builder car lot - MGL Auto Sales. Do not buy from them, buy directly from small car lots, since their car sources are small car lots

Car was ready when promised and was given a car to drive....

Car was ready when promised and was given a car to drive. Did not have any problem getting car serviced/ diagnosed and then repaired. This was not a planned visit as car would not start and had to be towed.

Great customer service

Great customer service. We had bought a new Nissan rogue from this dealership and we also had a recall correction done here. They really make you feel like you are part of the Nissan family. Never felt rushed or pressured. I would highly recommend this dealership. They listened to our needs and did not pressure us to buy anything.

Service people’s are attentive, friendly and dependable.

This service department makes a point of getting the customer in and out as quickly as possible. They are super friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I trust them to fix the problem and do it right every time. Thanks Nissan!

factory recall repairs

Needed to have factory recall repairs on our Nissan Versa that I had put off for years. Scheduling was very easy; was able to get an appt in just a couple days. When I arrived for the appt, associates were out promptly to collect the needed info & I was on my way w/in 10 min. The repairs were completed that day as promised. Received updated texts w/updates during the day on the progress. I was unable to get back to the dealership before closing. The service dept said this was not a problem for me to pick up the following morning. When I arrived, an associate walked me over to checkout & I was out the door w/10 min. Wonderful customer service from all Jeff Wyler Nissan employees!

Easy to make appointment explained work well

It was easy to make appointment Had to wait for car so got done quickly. Nice waiting room - water and coffee and tv They explained work done clearly very friendly
