Live out of state and they made it easy to do everything

Live out of state and they made it easy to do everything ahead of time but sign the paperwork. Easy peasy.

DO NOT BUY FROM WYLER-CINCINNATI, NISSAN!!! I negotiated, on late Monday, to buy a 2023 Murano Platinum online and came to an agreement pending inspection and a test drive. Asked when I could see the vehicle and was told Wednesday at noon was the soonest. Drove 2 hours, after advising both the salesman (Levar) and the sales manager (Shawn) that I was on my way, and they both confirmed that all was good. Arrived at exactly 12 noon and after a short delay was advised that the car had been sold on Tuesday evening!! The first time that I was EVER advised that they would NOT hold a used vehicle was when I arrived at the dealership!! What good is it to buy online if they are going to sell it out from under you, before you even have an opportunity to see it????? Previously bought another Murano Platinum from this dealership, but NEVER AGAIN!!!! This is the most unprofessional dealership that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!!!

Outstanding sales experience with both Levar and Jesse!

Outstanding sales experience with both Levar and Jesse! When Levar was busy and not able to directly help us, Jesse stepped in and did a fantastic job explaining all of the details of our car. The sales staff really works well together and makes the experience fun! The dealer also did an AMAZING job of preparing the car for sale. They performed a ton of services on it, and were very flexible in addressing any concerns. Our vehicle is extremely clean! Only concern: Beware of the line item called "Accessories." For us, it simply appeared as a ~$2,500 balance sheet item without us asking for it. We finally learned it was part of the Wyler Protection package. We were able to trim an optional portion of it. But this, along with the confusing array of a dozen warranty and protection options, felt like overkill for us. Our son was a first-time used car customer in the lower end of the price scale ($13K). Maybe they can tailor the presentation of these add-ons to the audience.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! WE purchased a Nissan Pathfinder on Monday and on Sunday the check engine light comes on. The car was driven less then 200 miles in those 6 days and I was told because the car is over 100K miles I had to sign a AS IS and there for they are off the hook. Then they have the nerve to call me when I tell me that they are off the hook. I will NEVER buy a car from here again. This is fraud!

DO NOT buy a used car from this dealership , they sold me

DO NOT buy a used car from this dealership , they sold me a 17,300 lemon .. I don't know how they sleep at night !! There is so much wrong with this car they are doing the bare minimum to fix it , and they refuse to fix the rest .. I let them have it they are lying , cheating a$$ people !!! So every Saturday I will put big signs on my car on both sides saying Jeff wyler Nissan sold me a 17,309 lemon and I'm driving back and forth in front of the dealership starting next Saturday.. anyone car to join me look me up on FB Toni Badr " Toni Whitt " pleaseeee people go to the next dealership

Watch out (Commision)

I bought my Nissan Maxima brand new at this dealership. Got all my oil changes there. My car is 6 years old and the alternator went out.I took my car there knowing that I needed an alternator. I got a call from them about 10 am and he told me that there is a charge for diagnostics @ $190 each. I started to tell him about the symptoms with the warning lights coming on. each time my mouth opened it's another diagnostic. Then he told me that I need an alternator. (Something I already knew.) The alternator was $1350. WOW I called another garage and they said they would replace it for $689. When I went to pick up my car at Jeff Wyler Nissan he told me the bill was $380 for two diagnostics I argued with the manager and the best he would do after a lot of arguing was cut that bill in half. I had to pay $219 to leave with no work done to my car. I would not buy a car or get service done at this place again. They work on commission selling you stuff you don't need
