Great experience
I needed service on my car. I always ask for Ben when I need service. He is very friendly and courteous. He always goes over everything very clearly and answers all my questions.

Dealership Add - On is Ridiculous
Purchased a car there in Sept 2022. The experience was overall positive; I worked with Tom Jones who overall was good. Here is my issue (and perhaps all dealerships do this now) - they add a $1000 up fee for any car purchased that includes a sanitization fee (because of Covid), they make your third brake light blink, and they top off your fluids. I negotiated this to $700 - which according to the salesman is their cost (certainly a lie). This, of course, is pretty ridiculous on so many levels. I am still bitter about this - but the car was significantly below the market value so I made the purchase. I would think twice about buying from them again.

I bought a used car for $40,000 and it had some scratches on it. They said they would fix the scratches and I can come back at a different time, and they still haven’t contacted me even after several emails and now it’s been a month. Also they charge me $995 for detailing the car and supposedly sanitizing it. And they said Mr. Wyler did this as a favor to everybody, and I said it’s a favor I had to pay for. I’ll never buy another car from them again.

They bought my truck from me and I had no issues'. They paid me what they said they would. They paid off my loan and sent me a check with in 3 days. Could not ask for anything more. The staff is super friendly and everything is straight forward. No hidden fees and no surprises. Thanks Doug from Milford

I deal with the parts department on a regular basis. This parts department has to be the worst parts department in Cincinnati. The employees are flat rude, rarely get the correct parts looked up. I will just give my business to Busam Nissan from now on.

I would NOT buy a used car from them. Especially a Nissan with a CVT transmission. Class action lawsuit and neither Jeff Wyler or Nissan will step up to help. Google before you buy, unlike I did, and go elsewhere...

One word HORRIBLE!!! I went there to get a diagnostic test 150 dollars, then they tried too over charge me for the work! Ben Misner customer service skills were horrible. I don’t know how that place is making ANY business. I will NEVER return to that place, nor recommend and of my nurse colleagues there. I am disgusted with that place, I will not buy a car from there, or get any work done there. Chevy here I am. This review is for the COLERAIN Avenue location.

Poor Communication, Offered Deal Not Honored
Due to my experience with the Jeff Wyler Nissan dealerships, I recommend avoiding them for car sales, the sales staff does not adequately communicate with customers and doesn't honor the deals they offer. I was looking to purchase a used 2014 Corvette they had listed. I spoke with a salesman several times on 4/22 & 4/23/20 (a Wednesday & Thursday); at the end of the day Thursday, we had a tentative deal agreeable to both sides and I scheduled a 3rd party Pre-Purchase Inspection for Friday the 24th at a nearby shop, with the expectation that I would drive to the dealer on Saturday morning (4/25) to complete the deal and take delivery. Come Friday morning, I tried to have the Corvette taken across the street for the PPI, but got vague feedback and only after several calls and going to a manager did I find out that the Corvette "was being held for a manager's friend at the Eastgate location," to supposedly be purchased that day. Why was the deal offered to me not honored? Clearly I'll never know. Late Saturday afternoon (4/25), the salesman called me to apologize for the run-around and said he was retrieving the Corvette from the Eastgate location, that he would be contacting me Sunday with a new offer to compensate for the shenanigans. Well, it's 9pm on Sunday the 26th and the salesman never called, seems I was given more misinformation. Can't recommend doing business with a dealership who treats customers in this fashion; it's disrespectful.
