Salesman left the company midway through the sale. No one informed me and was getting no reply.Almost went to another dealership due to non communication, and later found out the original salesman misinformed me about their servicing policies.

Fransico was very attentive to us and kept us very well informed of the progress of our vehicle while it was getting serviced. He helped us prioritize what was more importantly needed and what we could wait on for next time. He was able to get us a loaner and he was able to find us a discount that was available online to help us with our expenses since it was a lot that needed to be done. Francisco was very professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to make us feel like a valued customer of Principal Infiniti.

We had our new QX60 delivered to our home. This is our 3rd new Infinity from Principle and have always had an outstanding experience. Providing high quality, personal service to everyone is not an easy goal, but Infinity of Boerne has hit that mark.

This review is for Andrew Morgan my sales consultant at Principle Auto Hyundai who sold me my Pallisade Hyundai. I do not see a Principle Auto Hyundai and no list for sales personnel or choice of car for Hyundai, but I was fortunate to get Andrew as my sales person, he was the consummate professional and handled the transaction great. He had great customer service, and continued follow up and delivered my car to me in Dallas from Boerne. I would recommend Andrew Morgan to anyone looking for a car and this Dealership did not mark up their vehicles like the DFW market was doing, they did not try to take more advantage of the buyers based on the failed supply chain. In any event, the experience was great, and I will use Andrew again and continue to refer him. Also very happy that PrincipleAuto hires Veterans, which Andrew is, so thank you to Andrew Morgan.. the transaction was great, and Thank you Andrew for your service! I purchased a Pallisade Hyundai and to Principle Auto for not up-charging the customer like the DFW market has been doing. The review requires only INFINITI which I did not purchase and also to select only Infiniti Models, which I did not purchase, but I cannot post without the choice, so again I purchased a Hyundai Pallisade but reflected an EX35 only because the review will not post.

Working with Daniel Alvarez was one of the best experiences I've had in my car-buying journey thus far this year. After visiting what felt like a million dealerships, Daniel took all of my concerns seriously and went above and beyond trying to help me get the best deal possible. He was very patient with all of the questions I had and walked me through the car-buying process in a way that felt respectful and not at all patronizing.
