Bought a used Lexus April 21, 2022 and still do not have

Bought a used Lexus April 21, 2022 and still do not have license plates. Begging for help. Keep getting told next week they'll get my plates...trouble being it's a car from California, like it wasn't titled before they put it up for sale. Driving now on the second set of expired paper plates. Have not heard back from sales agent since dealership got my money. Am filing a dealer complaint August 1, 2022.

Bad Experience

Buying experience was good but everything went downhill. Bought a new QX55. Vehicle has issues. Car has spent almost as much time at the shop as at home. I won’t list the issues but will say that the Sales Manager promised to make it right buy allowing me to move into a new vehicle. He promised to make the number work. That should have been the first red flag. I told him anything over what I had already paid was too much. His response was that I would be happy. New car came in and he tried to make me pay an additional $7000. Service also hasn’t fixed all the issues. I won’t be using them again. This is my first Infiniti and sadly they have probably ruined me from ever buying another one. My only recourse is to post my experience. Hopefully it’ll help someone else.
