Not only did they have a loaner available, they did everything I asked for and communicated with me every step of the way. They also make sure the proper services were done even though I had put down the wrong line item when I requested service through the website. Absolutely fantastic service from this dealership. Would recommend to any friends wanting an Infiniti.

I brought my trade in to Principle of Bourne on a whim. It was not my plan. Gosh, am I glad I did! I received the Royal Treatment as soon as I entered the showroom! As a recently widowed older woman, I was apprehensive, but Mykela, Joy, and AJ were so kind, I relaxed quickly. They paid top dollar for my trade and I left in the SUV I wanted...and my payment was lower than on my trade. Thank you all!

Took my car in for a diagnostic with a complaint about
Took my car in for a diagnostic with a complaint about issues with the starter. Was given a $11k estimate to replace head gaskets and crankshaft. After receiving the ridiculously high estimate, I took my vehicle to two different master mechanics afterward to get two additional opinions. The two master mechanics confirmed I DO NOT need new head gaskets. I?ve lost all trust in this business and will not be returning for service or repairs in the future. I will not recommend this business.

Buying experience was fantastic, car was extremely nice and clean. The salesman Jake and Sales Manager were both great. Financial office as smooth as silk. If I?m in the market for another Infiniti I will consider BOERNE first and only. Just the best car buying experience I?ve had.
