Let me start by saying Jake!

Let me start by saying Jake! What an awesome guy and great representative of the copy. He definitely bleeds the Infiniti name! Jake and I started off laughing together on the phone but he quickly pulled me back into reality and we got down to work. I say ‘we’ because Jake made me feel like we were buying a car together, one of the best feelings is knowing that you are walking lockstep with each other thru the process. I would choose him every time!!!

Seems like my QX-80 is driving fine.

Seems like my QX-80 is driving fine. Service was prompt. I was given a loaner car. Was a happy camper but only half the windshield was clean. Was disappointed in the wash job which was complementary.

Invest in a telephone system that works properly.

Invest in a telephone system that works properly.. Needed to drop of a car for service and took six attempts to finally get appointment not of any fault of the employees. When you call infinity service you end up at the Hyundai service center. Can’t make this stuff up apparently a know.problem . Almost decided to take vehicle to a different dealership much farther away from my home.

Excellent service every time I go! Francisco was professional, honest and demonstrated integrity and character not only with this service appointment but with all appointments. He is always reliable and I KNOW he will fix my car. but also ensures a positive experience to minimize the stress of car maintenance and repair. He always has a smile and demonstrates the highest level of professionalism.

As always Francisco took car of our vehicle needs. From calling a tow truck to wiping our QX50 clean upon receipt. He kept us updated through the whole process especially over Father’s Day weekend. Thanks Francisco!

Great customer service!

Great customer service! Provided me with a loaner car while my car was in the dealership. Parts had to be ordered so there it took a few days. Our service manager Mr. Rosillo kept me informed, from beginning to end, with detailed information on the repair & all of my questions answered.
