You have 3 employees and if it weren’t for them, we would give up on Infiniti. Joel, Chase, and Francisco are the best. However, you need to FIX Francisco’s phone line. He had to call a dozen times over a week before we could have a coherent conversation.

Francisco was great to work with on my recent service visit. He was friendly, attentive and explained issues identified in need of repair. He kept me updated on the work as it progressed and Promptly notified me when it was ready.
