My score of 3 has only a little to do with the experience

My score of 3 has only a little to do with the experience I had today. I told the lady on the phone call when I made the appointment that I was coming for the 80,000 mile checkup. I told that to the service person behind the desk as well, and he mentioned that would cover the usual things (tire rotation, fluid check, etc.). When I pay, he says, “Your warranty runs out at 80,000 and does not cover anything done.” They only let me know this after they said the warranty would cover it. If they discovered it at some point in the process, they could have asked if I wanted to continue. They didn’t. I am out $127 (I did authorize an air filter replacement but figure the labor would be covered under the (now defunct) warranty. So, misrepresentation at least and maybe deception (due to ignorance - not likely intentional). Finally, when I was sold this additional warranty for $6000, the salesman mentioned absolutely nothing about having only 30,000 more miles in it. That is a pretty expensive 30,000 miles and 15 months. We would have never purchased it had these conditions been known. Granted, the warranty probably indicates such, but pushing it on two elderly people under false pretenses is pretty low. Pretty unhappy with Moses right now. Would love to talk with someone about this. Maybe I am wrong, but feel cheated out of $6000 and what the warranty did not cover today.

Service is always pleasant but car was not washed prior

The Lexus service department is the best that I have ever

The Lexus service department is the best that I have ever dealt with. Staff are friendly and efficient. Told car would be ready in an hour and it was. Made my morning so much better.

I purchased a Lexus online as I live out of State and Tim the salesman made it a very uncomplicated transaction. I had never done this before so his assistance and advice was greatly appreciated. I love the Lexus. It’s the 350 nxh - just what I was looking for!
