I generally don’t like to write reviews. However, I’d like to make a point about customer service. Especially in this environment. A lot of companies are struggling , and you would think most store owners would go above and beyond. Please, don’t expect that here!!!!

I was in market for a new Cayenne S and had done a fair amount of research. Met Cameron at dealer with my daughter. We test drove a nice car but priced slightly higher than I wanted to pay. We began to work a deal on one of their loaner cars. Looked at trading in my Rover. Unfortunately their offer was too low - used car market is terrible in general. So we left promising to return after we sold our car. Upon returning less than 3 weeks later, the car was still available. We made the deal. Cameron took care of everything. He made it a new car buying experience. We love the car and although it had less than 5k miles it felt just like the new one we test drove. We met the sales manager, asst sales manager, finance manager during the process. They were all very helpful and accommodating.

I am very comfortable dealing with the staff (sales and service department) at Porsche West Broward. So far, they have been very accommodating, easy to deal with and most important they deliver what they promise on time.

Advertised a vehicle for one price, but was told it was underpriced and would be $1,000 more; yet the price never changed on their website. Very shady....They also are nice to let you know before they even value your trade, that it’s going to be undervalued and low. Go elsewhere....
