I was searching for slightly used Porsche Macan for awhile now but did not need it for another 3 months. I found a perfect car and had to get it. Ariel in sales, Taylor in management and Kevin on finance were the nicest people and so efficient. It was a true pleasure. The facility is gorgeous and immaculate. We are all thrilled. WE have had many Porsches, mainly from Champion, but Porsche West Broward in definitely where I will go from now on.

From initial negotiations on a car of interest, through two years and various service and warranty claims on my 18’ 718 S, PWB has delivered consistent, excellent customer service. I live in Orlando, but still choose to travel South to them every time for my Porsche needs.

Have been tracking Porsche’s for 20 years. Purchased my 718 from West Broward. My price and buying experience has surpassed my expectations as what I had been accustomed to from the competition. It’s transparent to this dealer of how I use this car. When it comes to service , they have some of the best technicians the trade has to offer. (Juan - Thank You ). All of my warranty needs have been addressed without hesitation.

Best overall experience buying a new car. They went out over there way to deliver my new 911 cabriolet during these challenging times. The entire team from start to finish were exceptional.

I’ve never been to such a friendly and professional dealership as Porsche West Broward. After reading all of the negative comments, I have to wonder if they were meant for another dealership. My initial purchase started with a test drive, and I signed a purchase agreement. A few weeks later I went back with y trade-in, got a fair value for that, and when all the paperwork was done drove off very happy with a beautiful Panamera Turbo. When needed, I book my service online in a couple of minutes, I show up at that time, and they perform fantastic service. If it will take more than a few hours, I am given a loaner for the duration of the repair, and have never had a problem with that. I have never been HAPPIER with any dealership of any brand anywhere in the country. I will always buy and service my Porsches at Porsche West Broward.

When you purchase your expensive car at this dealer, they tell you that when your car needs service, they will provide you with a loaner car. What they DON"T tell you is there is no loaner cars available for a month! This becomes very problematic for the customer and I have found that they could care less about that. We have 2 Porsche vehicles and will NEVER purchase one at this dealership again

When you buy a vehicle from this dealership, they will tell you that when your car needs service, bring it in and you will get a loaner car while they work on yours. That's what we all want to hear. What you will find out is that a loaner car is not available for a month. You will just have to deal with it. I own 2 Porsche vehicles and will never purchase another one from this dealership.

I reside in Melbourne Bch and spent ~ 4 months looking for a used 718 Cayman S ( 2017) I used a radius search of 300 miles ( N, S, E, and West), and this dealership had the best selection and pricing. Once I purchased the vehicle (Cash), I now had the dilemma of how I was going to get this vehicle home ( ~ 150 miles away) Not a problem. They have a in-house enclosed delivery vehicle that delivered it to my front door (No Charge)! After a week of ownership, I realized that the vehicle never had a brake flush, and I purchased the vehicle with a CPO. Not a problem They had me get serviced at Porsche of Melbourne, and they cut me a check. My sales guy Simon, Finance guy Kevin, Sean and Dean where all a pleasure to work with.
