Terrible experience at this dealership
This is the worst Porsche buying experience I have had at any Porsche Dealership. Very poor trade values,GM is not responsive and Sales person only would communicate in texts or 4 day late emails. I tried to buy a new $227,000 TURBO S and they treated me Like I should Take there poor sales follow up and be pleased. Worst sales experience In 30 years after buying 23 new GT and Turbo cars. They should not be allowed to sell Porsches .

Nothing short of white glove service
I'm never a man that's lost for words, but there aren't enough good things u can say about Porsche West Broward , specifically the the GM Ryan Chromek , Kevin the Finance Manager , and Cameron my sales consultant. Thank you Also Caesar in Parts and Sebastian my tech who did a beautiful job installing them. What an amazing experience from negotiating price to delivery of the car. Was no pressure and seamless. I got treated with nothing short of white glove service. I've never had a car delivered to me with a bow or under a satin hiding sheet. As silly as it sounds, it really made me feel Good and special. That said , thank you specifically Ryan , Cameron , and Kevin. And thank you Penske and Porsche West Broward. I look forward to seeing you guys again soon!

Vacationer
Bought a car with 11k miles that kinda smelled. The salesman said that it was only driven by his manager and he never smoked. That was a lie, turned out the car was out of state. Car still smells, many problems with car and service. They never admit anything is wrong but fix everything. They never were honest with CarFax either so don’t trus them. Very difficult to get in for service. They don’t honor my warranties because I only drove the car 2k miles in two years I explain to them it is because every time I come down it has issues. It is currently dead in their parking lot and they want $800 for a battery that went dead because of recall issues that have plagued the car. They just will say anything to get money. Porsche of North America says nothing they can do each owner has the right to do what they want. I am going to talk to the BBB to get some remedy.

Bought a Used Car from West Broward Porsche
I purchased a used 2015 SUV from West Broward Porsche in Sep 2019. Our salesman was Yoram Gozlan. At the closing, a misunderstanding on the agreed upon price and terms surfaced. Yoram went the extra mile to solve the problem. Sadly, the used car industry is full of unknowledgeable and worse, unethical, salespeople. It was re-freshing to deal with someone who “owned-up” to a problem he (unintentionally) created and then wisely offered a solution that ensured the transaction would get closed. He was accountable,...he took responsibility,...and he took action. West Broward Porsche is lucky to have an employee like Yoram. If not for him, we would have left the dealership with an altogether different experience.

Porsche deserves better sales practices.
Tried to sell me a factory car used for emissions testing with a bumper job done and they did not disclose this until we are about to sign the papers. Moreover they told me that the car had 4 years warranty before I went to the dealer only to find out that the car only has two years left when I was reviewing the paperwork. I asked to certify the car and give me the warranty they told, they asked me to pay another $3k. Total joke, total loss of time. Integrity is something the cars have, not this dealership.

Will not satisfy "We Owe"
We purchased a CPO Macan S that was scratched under Porsche West Broward's care the night before we picked up the vehicle. Scratch repair was listed on the "we owe". I worked for months to come up with a resolution, which in the end was agreed upon with Jenry Hernandez that I would have a mobile scratch repair done, and I would be reimbursed. I have been chasing Jenry and Sam Nelson since the end of July to finalize things and send the reimbursement check. After many promises that a check would be mailed, they have now completely ceased replying to me. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to escalate this issue so I am going on this public forum as many others have. I do not recommend this dealership and am thankful I do not live in the area and can go to communicative and helpful dealerships for service near my home. Our sales agent, Kim LaPorte, was fantastic and is the only reason I have given a 2 star review.

Unprofessional and Passive Aggressive
After I told the dealership that I was an Army veteran trying to get a Porsche, they ceased communicating to me. This happened while we were in the middle of negotiating the price of a vehicle. I don't understand people who state "Thank you for your service" while they conduct passive aggressive action against the very service member they're "thanking."
