I visited to learn more about a porsche Macan and met Nick Edwards. From the start, I knew this was different than other dealers. Nick was really polite and knowledgeable about the Porsche brand. He gave me a tour of the facility and explained everything from service to working environment. I truly found Porsche West Broward to be a great place. I test drove a Macan and absolutely loved the experience. Definitely a great car. While I did not commit to a lease just yet, Im doing everything possible to work a deal and see if we can lease one. It is a truly wonderful vehicle! Thanks Nick for providing outstanding service. Looking forward to visiting again and hopefully we can lease a Macan!

Nick worked very hard searching for the exact car for us . It was a tough task because of the equipment I wanted in it . After showing us many cars I held out for the exact car . I found my car on Rennlist . But Nick was still working for us until I called and notified him . He is an excellent sales man and a great guy . Thank you Nick Edwards.

I had been looking to purchase a 911 Turbo for many months and decided to visit Porsche West Broward a second time. My first visit was not productive but fortunately on my second visit I met Marcos Flores a Porsche Brand Ambassador - he absolutely restored my faith in PWB and he completely broke the mold of the stereotypical car salesperson. In short Marcos is awesome!! Incredibly responsive, thoughtful, went out of his way gather information, was not pushy at all, had a very deep understanding of the Porsche lineup and the various options and was a consummate professional through the whole process. Where you buy your car matters but who helps you to acquire the car of your dreams has a significant impact and if you are even thinking about buying a Porsche call or see Marcos - ask for him and if he is not available wait for him. He will be the difference maker in the process. If only all car salespersons were like Marcos - 5 Star rating for him!!

This is the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Alberto was patient, listened and understood our preferences. Never pushed us or tried to influence our decision. Great, beautiful, modern store, fast and speedy check out. Kevin did a great job, I Ioved his screen table. In short, one of the best customer experience we have had in many years. At the end we chose a car much better and more expensive than the one we had initially preferred.
