I really hate that I had to afford them the one star.
I really hate that I had to afford them the one star. After the millions of emails they send you from their internet department to solicit business from 5 different reps asking the same copy and paste questions I expressed interest in a vehicle but I have a busy schedule so I complete everything online and scheduled express delivery. I followed up the day of delivery and was told that I would get a call back. 2 days passed and I checked in again with Takema who told me both delivery associates were out and I had to come in. So I asked again about the paperwork being completed for when I arrived and was told that they were not set up for that process. So at this point I’m a bit frustrated. All the while still receiving emails from Jordan and Parul could they answer any questions for me. But couldn’t answer questions about closing the deal. So I asked Takema was the financing portion of the deal completed at least because I did not want to waste anymore time with them. She said yes. I went into the dealer the next day. She called in. Spoke with another associate and was told that I was not approved for the car. I requested to speak to the manager and waited and waited and waited about 45 mins. Never came to speak with me. So I asked the associate again and was told someone was as trying to reach Takema to confirm financing. Another 30 mins or so passed. Nobody ever came. While sitting there I applied for financing through chase and was approved but decided not to do business with them because the lack of care or concern to my issue. Found the same vehicle, less miles about the same price and I am happy. BUT… I don’t recommend this dealer to anyone even buying a toy car.

Ms. Deja Gillespie awesome, didn't harass just let me browse.... asked a question, she gave detailed info. I didn't realize she would get the vehicle in i wanted... called me back to see if i was still interested.... blew my mind. The GM, Issa has always taken care of me, he was very honest with what he could and couldn't do. But he got me in another vehicle.... he's the best GM!

Suspicious mechanics and dealership
I dropped my suv off because previously I was told that my suv was not starting in the cold because of the fuel pump which I had them replace. My suv was having the same issue so I dropped it back off. I was told that for about two weeks it was starting fine but recently the fusible link on the positive post had blown and it had no power. I would need to pay $515.43 first and then they would have to let it sit again. I was given no explanation how the fusible link blew when all they were doing was just starting the suv. I told Brian Yeager that I thought that part had just been replaced and after I purchased the part I told him that part is less than a month old. I was only told that if I didn’t want to pay for the repair i would have to have my truck towed from the dealership. No one could explain why a part thats connected to the battery,cost $35.00 and takes fifteen minutes to replace cost over $500 to replace,or how it blew,or why I drove my truck there but I would have to have it towed away.

Just purchased the 2020 Infinity QX50 from this dealership. I was very impressed with the professionalism, expertise and off the chart customer service. After years of purchasing vehicles in numerous states of all brands, this has been the best hands down of quality service. I would recommend Duane Buck (Sales Manager) and his team to all. My Sales Consultant (Deja Gillespie) whom said she's new, has "I'm here to help you" in every aspect of the word. This coupled with the closing of Lola (Finance), left me not wanting to wake up. I'm glad to be a member of the Infinity family especially due the staff i experienced. Thank you all.

He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered questions I had, and once service was complete, he thoroughly explained the results. Once receiving my car, not only was it washed, but it was vacuumed as well! I was not expecting this, but it was much needed so I was very grateful! Thanks to everyone for a pleasant experience.

Inadequate work and Poor Customer Service
Do not trust this dealership and their staff with your vehicle. I had my vehicle serviced there recently and encountered numerous issues and errors they avoid to take accountability for. In addition, I was gaslighted continuously and met with aggressive, hostile, dismissive and evasive behavior by Brian Yeager, Isa Williams, Kevin Seivwright, and Bobbie Allen. The customer service is very poor and the technician that worked on my vehicle was very inadequate.
