The Service Department and Mimi's collaboration and explanations to me about follow-ups were succinct enough for me to consider subsequent work. I always like dealing with her for my service needs. She is diligent, transparent, empathetic, and helpful.

Passport infinity I have been a customer with Passport

Passport infinity I have been a customer with Passport Infinity of Suitland for over eight years. I have two Infinities, a QX 80 and M 35x. I take both vehicles there for service. The customer service staff, Kevin, Mimi and Bobby, and the mechanic, Jeremiah are AWESOME. They have good customer service skills. I can’t say that about their service manager, Brian. I had both vehicle service on November 3, 2022. I order some ties for my M 35, Brian, the service manager gave me a figure, and he was aware that I wanted the special, buy three get one for a dollar. so. I paid for the tires and a four wheel alignment in advance, November 3,2022. I had them put on November 7, 2022. After they put on the new tires, Brian, the service manager had Bobby to tell me I need to pay an extra $500.00 dollars because the ties was not part of the special. I talked to Brian before they install the tires about another issue, he never said anything to me about it. He waited until the new tires was installed to ask for the extra money. I refused to pay him. He told me to have a seat and they are going to takeoff the new tires and put my old tires back on. I have heard people say, the staff is just as good as their leader. Not in this case. The staff have better customer service skills than their manager. Infinity do a great job with customer service training for the staff, and a poor job with customer service training for their manager. Passport Infinity of Suitland has lost a customer. I will not return there again.

Great Service

The people at the service center was great and very respectful and friendly. They also washed my car which was greatly need. Thank you all.

Kenny Philistin assisted me with the purchase of my truck. He showed patience with me and my other 2 family members who were overwhelming but he smiled and laughed with us and enjoyed our craziness. His demeanor and exceptional customer service is a reason for me to come back if I want an additional vehicle. It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with him. Kenny Philistine and Ed Biagas were exceptional.

Kenny Philistine and Ed Biagas were exceptional. The epitome of customer service. They consistently and constantly stayed in touch with updates and most importantly they weren’t pushy. No vulture like behavior. I’ve been to a few dealerships and it annoys me at the thought of going bc of past experiences. They allowed my husband and I to talk over and over and over about our purchase. I would recommend them a million times over. They are now considered family - my first cousins!

I was unscheduled and Bryan squeezed me in. Quite professional, per usual, but love they take the extra step to accommodating me and providing additional follow up services as recommended maintenance and performance efficiency. Bryan has been so helpful when it comes to maximizing my budget by offering ways to save and critical needs versus future considerations. I’m very pleased with this location, the amenities, and the customer service (comforting treatment) received with each visit.
