Extremely Satisfied

I knew what I wanted and Takema just made that process even easier by being very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very honest and never tried to mislead me about the numbers, like some car dealerships.

I did not purchase my vehicle from the Suitland...

I did not purchase my vehicle from the Suitland dealership but I do go there for services on my vehicle. I am more than please with the service I receive. The staff are very professional, as well as, the young men who take your vehicle to be serviced. I primarily deal with Sabrina Tolley and am constantly informed on the status of my vehicle.

Outstanding Experience

Fantastic car buying experience! A very special and sincere thank you to Jessica Sullivan, her finance manager, and her sales manager, Ed who helped me find the perfect car I’d been looking for! Professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness, convenience, and attention to detail were all off the charts! They made me feel like family! I highly recommend these professionals.

If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership is a joke. From Remi, the sales guy MAKING the appt and then not being available when I get there, to Kim Y seeming like she was brand new to Alan in finance going to lunch while we were supposed to be going in - it was beyond ridiculous!! First of all they had the WRONG car outside waiting, then tried to give me the keys to that same wrong car when we're all thought the sale was final. And on top of that, they lost the second set of keys and wanted to charge me $600 for a new key!! After waiting almost FOUR hours and Remi telling my husband "if you want to buy a car from me this is how it's going to be" and the GM telling us to go ahead and leave and waving his hands at us; we bounced and would NEVER recommend buying from this dealership!!! I've purchased 10+ cars in my life and have NEVER been so disrespected!! VERY unprofessional team at Suitland Infiniti. BEEE-WARE!!!

Wheel looks put on my vehicle.

As soon as I exited my vehicle I was greeted with a smile from Sabrina Tilley. From there it with up hill. She walked me to the waiting area, provided with her number, texted me on the status of my service. Thank me again for choosing Infiniti of Suitland. When I arrived at my residence I remembered a question had. I called the number she provided however she did not answer. Five minutes later I received a call from her stating “Ms. Jones were you trying to reach me. Excellent customer service.

Great Service and Time Spent

I worked with Ray and Rasean and they were very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I called before coming and set up an appointment. When I got there the tag team was awesome and met my approval. The young lady in finance did a superb job as well, and held a great demeanor no matter the demands I'm sure her job entails. Thank you all for making what can be a strenuous job, very easy and satisfying!

1st time lease

My first lease experience was okay. The process was pretty easy, it's the additional things that are not leaving a good impression on me. Such as, it is two weeks and counting and I haven't rec'd my check for my trade in. It's been two weeks and I don't have a soft copy of all my documents. Seems that I should have killed all the trees, instead of going green.
