SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
It’s no way banks work with these scammers but I’m not surprised either because there is people out there that don’t know much about the car buying process or credit and they fall for things like this. Here is the last text message I sent them before blocking their number: “I already tried with they that is why I'm saying that. They are waiting for me to submit my paystubs and bank statements. They don't go off my credit and have not ran my credit, they are in New Jersey. The only difference is that they have it in black and you guys have it in white which is the color I want. I believe you can get me into a car with $700 down but let's be realistic it's probably going to be below 2009 with very high miles and I'll end up putting more into fixing the issue that will come with the car down the line. It will be a money pit, the money I'm putting into fixing the issues that come up I might as well pay a monthly payment of up to $1100 on a car on a car I know I won't have to continuously put money into and isn't beat up or old. You can say your cars are all up to par and don't have any issues because as a used car dealership that is your job to convince people that all of yours cars have absolutely no issues with them. Even I was to buy a car from you guys I wouldn't even pay anything unless I have my own mechanic look at the car you would try to offer me. That goes for the Porsche or any other car you have on your lot. In all honesty it's starting to sound like you guys are money hungry and maybe someone with a small brain won't realize that. At first the guys I was speaking to stated the max down would be $500, I told him if that's the max that's very doable for me and I also told him I had no repos then he proceed to emphasize the cars price is 25k (which honestly isn't much) an then starts to ask how much down can I come up with. I told him $1000 max, he then tells me I need to fill out an app which I did. You then proceed to txt me and tell me I have 4 repos and I don't know where you got that information from but I my opinion that was a tactic you tried to use because you are aware that alot of people don't know much about credit. When i proved to you that I only owned 2 vehicles in my life you tried to bring up a $5k loan that I have on my credit 100% paid off as I showed you in the screenshots I sent you, you ignored it and then said for my Criteria you would need 50% of the car down. I then sent you another screenshot from another credit bureau stating the $5k loan was paid off in 1 year and 9 months. You then proceeded to tell me yea they are closed but they have a negative balance, when the screenshots clearly state the account was paid off, if a account is paid off how can it have a negative balances after it closes? That literally makes no sense. You guys are fishing for people who don't know much about the car buying process or about credit and trying to have them shed out thousands of dollars on a car that will ultimately end up with a high APR rate which will lead to you guys or the bank repoing the car and reselling. I'm sorry but your business is not for me, I see why you guys have very bad reviews I tried to look past the bad reviews but it shows why it's there. Money is never the issue for me, I just have my money tied up in renovating my apartment but trying to play with my intelligence is what ultimately made you guys lose me a customer. I'll also be leaving reviews on google, the better business bureau and car gurus along with screenshots of this conversation because Car dealership like this need do not be in business it's just scammy business practice. ” DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL HE HIGHLY UPSE WITH YOUR DECISION. My next step is the better business bureau. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Unprofessionalism
Bought a vehicle from this dealership, it was delivered on empty tank. Check engine light came on about 1 or 2 weeks after purchase. No one answers the phone, ever. You have to drive in person just to contact someone. I dropped my vehicle off to them 10 days ago to see why the check engine light is on. I have no update 10 days later. I regret my purchase 100%

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!! People read the reviews before going or purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. 1st Customer Support horrible it’s disgusting they way they treat customers after they have had purchased a car. They do not care about you at all. 2nd DO NOT purchase a vehicle from them I was sold a car with damages worth over $5,000 dealership did not want to take no accountability. 3rd DO NOT finance with Total Auto Finance. Scammers all around. They ignore you, block your number, keep transferring you to somebody else and that somebody else just hangs up on you. The whole dealership is just scammers.

Do Not Purchase Here
This dealership is full of con artist. I purchased a hybrid. It drive fine off the lot. 2 days after purchasing it, the car shuts off on me in the middle of the road and would not start back up. Good thing I wasn’t in rush hour traffic. When I called to explain the situation saying they sold me a bad car, they stated it was nothing I can do, the car was our problem now and they don’t cover hybrids in their 6 month warranty. Because they refused to look at it, I had to take it to a Kia dealership. THEN, literally 6months later, 5 days after the warranty was up the transmission went out. They don’t try to work with you at all even though they sold me a car that gave problems for the first 7-8 months of me driving it off their lot. They would even allow us to trade it in. It was a hassle getting my tags. They were horrible with communication. It was like no one wanted to even try and help. They sell cars that aren’t reliable. Their goal is to make the car seem reliable, make the sale, get it off the lot, and basically say “it’s your problem now.” Now I understand that transmission giving out is tricky to predict month out from it actually going, but it’s no way the car stopped running at least 5 times since I purchased it from the shop (on time being 2 days after purchase) and they’re saying it NEVER gave problems when they had it.

This was the worst experience I ever had a car
This was the worst experience I ever had a car dealership. We went to the Stafford location. Our experience was terrible. We felt the salesperson to be rude and unprofessional. When we had the car independently inspected, they indicated the state inspection was suspect as there were obvious issues that should not have passed state inspection. Management was unresponsive and uncaring. I would not recommend ever buying a car from Autoline of Virginia

Lied lied lied lied Raised price on a used car i had already put money down on. The sale breakdown doesn't add up and there lender forces you to finance after market car coverages you don't want. Oh did i say Lied. Professional liars. 14702 turned to 16.5 how? Used cars depreciate not appreciate right. right. Still waiting on the down payment they swindled me out of. Which my dumb self let them swipe before seeing the complete deal because I was told the car was 14702 and I had 3000 down lost the initial 500. There is another lie because i communicated with JAMES AND HAMMID AND NOTHING WAS TRUE THEY HAVE NO POWER. THEY LIE. IFVYOU CAN FIND ANOTHER DEALER IF NOT CHECK EVERY xxxx ASPECT OF THE DEAL FIRST.
