i live in Ranson wv, i bout my Lexus in April, of 2021, it is now September and i still don t have my car licenses plates transferred to my state, because of the banco they gave me, is not sending the information to the DMV, so i m very disappointed, and do not recommended with this dealership for the absurd money they charged me almost 900, for paperwork they dint event to care of the license transfer.

I recently purchased a Scion FR-S and the process was quick and easy! The sales consultant, Kobe Bourne, was wonderful to work with-very knowledgeable, helpful and followed up afterwards to ensure we had a great experience. Definitely recommend AutoLine and working with Kobe!

I recently purchased a Mercedes GL 450 from Autoline of VA. It was a very expedient trip, I went in knowing which car I wanted and the sales associate Laura made it happen. I wasn't there the entire day and Laura made the process smooth as possible. I picked this dealership based off of the review and I am so glad I did now I have a great car and they could not have been more professional. 5 stars all the way!

Typical "Two-Face" Dealership

Just another dealership using the typical “two-face” M.O. to sell their vehicles. First, the salesman’s face; they all act very attentive, respectful and try to be “super” helpful. But once you buy the vehicle, is extremely likely you will get the second face; rude, disrespectful, will ignore your voicemail, your emails, and it will be close to impossible to get a hold of the person you need to talk to. In late October, I purchased 2015 Navigator L, Kobe Bourne was my sales consultant. I believe I got a fair deal considering I drove from Fort Eustis to their location in Chantilly. Initially Kobe tried to sell me the vehicle without even knowing his limitations, his sales manager had to step-in to negotiate the price because he said, “Kobe was offering the vehicle for a price that was too low.” Long story short, we ended up agreeing on a price and I purchased the vehicle. Kobe explained I would receive my plates in around two weeks, provided the name and contact info for their license plates person. When I asked for a second key for the vehicle, he said I would also get the second key with the plates, since they usually kept a copy of the keys at their main location. Upon completing the sales paperwork, they tried to deliver the vehicle with only half a tank of gas (knowing I drove up from Fort Eustis, 2 hours away) and after we had agreed it would be a full tank. But after calling Kobe from the gas station on the corner, his manager drove there and filled it up. He tried to excuse themselves by saying it was a mistake due to the $30 dollars limit on their credit card. I think, he was forced to drive to the gas station since he asked me to come back to the office because Kobe had made a mistake on the final price for the bill of sale and a new copy had to be signed. Three weeks later, I call to ask about my plates and was told they were on their way. LIES, the envelope with the plates was picked by USPS several days after my temp plates expired, and I did not receive my plates until almost seven weeks later. And what a surprise, no second key. Every time I have called to ask for the key I either get the go-around or a rude person. Kobe has not returned my calls nor replied to my emails. Like a said, TYPICAL “TWO-FACE” DEALERSHIP.

Artem Zahoruiko was awesome to work with. AutoTrader referred me to them as I am a first time car buyer. This dealership is actually really friendly. All the reviews I’ve read is not what I truly experienced. If you buy a car that is no good that’s on you for not doing your research.

Do NOT buy from here. A week after purchasing a vehicle here, check engine light came on, I was told to bing the car back, 1:30drive for them to plug the scanner amd deleate the check engine light that came back up with the same code a few days later. Sales manager and service managers claim there is nothing they cam do since the vehicle didnt have warranty that it was on isbthe customer to take care or the engine light. Them we discovered that the maintenance plan they sold us, does not cover everything like they had said, only certain powerterrain issues. Also car was sold with an open recall that they said it did not was active at the time of the purchase, but Ford confirmed that the recall had been sent to them almost 2 years ago. Shady place of business Ibdonot recomended at all unless you want a Lemon of a vehicle

This dealership sold me a car, kept the GPS on it and then came and took the car. They also forced me to buy a warranty that I didn’t want, but to get them to hold the contract I had to get it. Be careful with these people. The car I bought also had issues their warranty did not cover.

2012 Ford F-150

I started a new company and I needed a work truck. I was looking online and saw one very affordable price at Autoline. I called and spoke with salesperson Corey and he was very helpful and patiently listed to all my questions. We made an appointment and I came to see the truck. I checked it out and loved the truck. It was well maintained. I decided to purchase. I was approved already with my bank and asked him to give me Bill of Sale so I can take it to my bank to get a check. I came back next day with the check and purchased. It was very good experience and I loved the way Corey handled everything for me professionally.
