Brain is very nice, because he introduced the car’s style, car’s performance, and so on with patience. He recommend a suitable car for me, which i like vert much. After trying that car, I looked up the information and bought the car on the third day. And my Friends bought cars here for half a year, the quality of all aspects is very secure, and i will like to recommend this shop to my friends who want buy the car in the future.

wants to sell a car that he does not have. I advise every person not to get into their game. They do not tell the truth about the price and the problem with thei cars, they give customers appointments to test drive the car then they say oh! it's sold and why don't you pick up another car.

Super rude sales manager, we waited more than 20 minutes to get to see the car with no welcoming smile or anything from him. We drove 45 minute to see the car and close the deal as he told me over the phone before coming that the price is negotiable but unfortunately he went down $100 only with a 17k car price. Super super unprofessional.

I really appreciate to all Autoline team for their unique customer service! I like change my cars often. Last 5 years I changed 7 cars. 5 of them I bought from Autoline including my current one. I can not lie as some haters do on their reviews. As customer I never had problems with them or with vehicles which I purchased from them. They are professional and that’s why I am as many of their customers loyal to them. Keep it up guys!

Worst experience ever. Flew from LA to buy a car. The car was in such bad shape that pictures that were posted on the website didn't match what I saw in person. Interior was dirty and never been cleaned even when dealer said he performed full detail. Test drove the car and apparently found in first 5 minutes transmission gear slip with grinding sounds and kicks. Just beware if this dealership. Scam

Purchased vehicle that was outside of manufacturer warranty. As soon as I got the vehicle home I began to have extreme mechanical issues. After taking the vehicle to a different dealerships' service department, they found that the vehicle's computer warning system had been cleared (indicating the warning light had previously been on, but removed without repair). In the end, I had to replace the transmission, both catalytic convertors, ball bearings, and body work repair. This cost me $5,000 after purchasing the vehicle. All of these problems occurred within 2 weeks of purchase. Autoline gave me a credit of $400, but it wasn't nearly enough to cover the cost. The entire experience and communication with Autoline was negative. I would recommend not buying a car from these guys. They are SHADY.

He does not know how to comminicate with his customer . all he cares is to sell a car and when somethings worng with a car he wouldnt care anything about it.

They are really very friendly and helpful.You can find a lot of car depends about your budget.And also they can help you about auto loan.I really recommend it.
