I found a 2012 Camaro convertible on their website and

I found a 2012 Camaro convertible on their website and after speaking with a salesperson made a call to my credit union. My credit union found the car on their website, there was a safety inspection posted that showed the car was unsafe to drive. The salesperson knew nothing about this so I called the service manager who was going to look into it and call me back but never did. I then sent an email to the general manager of the dealership but he has not responded either except to lower the price $200 online. They know the car is unsafe but are still trying to sell it as is.

I want to thank Zane Bonwell and the service people for excellent service at Lafontain Chrysler in Lansing. My engine light was on, I took my Ram to Capital Chrysler on the west side of Lansing and was charged $150 bucks to check it on their machine. They told me my Active shutter system shorted out and they could fix it for around $1100.00. Later I took it too Lafontain for an oil change, I told the Service manager Zane Bonwell about it and he had me leave the truck there. $100.00 dollars later and they fixed the wire at the wire harness, nothing wrong with the shutter system. Thank you Lafontaine for having my back.

Terrible Follow Up

Pretty much useless. Cannot even give them my money. Approved for a RAM then no follow up. Ready to purchase a car but did not return any calls. Online buy experience non-existent.

Horrible place.

Horrible place. Ordered wrong parts, took an additional couple months and they broke the tailgate to my truck. Now having to get a quote for that. Place makes running your own business a lot tougher. I will never go there again.

Stay Away - Warning.

Stay Away - Warning. Horrible Experience. I had to turn around in the parking lot 3 times and take my Jeep back for service that was incomplete. I had more service lights appear after my initial service than when I brought the vehicle in for service work. I believe they manufactured work to be done on the vehicle. I do not trust them and will recommend to everyone I know to stay away from this dealership.

Over the last several months of working with Lafontaine

Over the last several months of working with Lafontaine Service there has been a drastic decline in service, and a huge increase in pricing. Read the reviews, it seems other consumers are experiencing bait and switch issues.
