I took my diesel truck in for a warranty issue plus

I took my diesel truck in for a warranty issue plus routine maintenance. Due to some confusion about scheduling the warranty issue was not addressed. The routine maintenance was taken care of in good order. I will reschedule service at a later date. Not entirely happy but good diesel service is hard to find nowadays so I'm stuck.

I’m from out of town and my truck broke down.

I’m from out of town and my truck broke down. Once the dealership learned I was stranded they made room in their service center to troubleshoot and fix my vehicle. The service tech Paul was extremely helpful. Dealership also gave me a Military discount. I have zero complaints.

Barney is great.

Barney is great. He was fast, efficient, thorough, and knows his products. He worked with Nick to make sure delivery would be handled efficiently. Nick was ready for me at the agreed upon appointment time. Nick is very personable. Emma was a delight to work with. You got a great team there.

I left my vehicle at appointment at 10:30 AM 08/27/2025.

I left my vehicle at appointment at 10:30 AM 08/27/2025. I did not have any transportation for the Holiday weekend and was stranded at home. September 2nd I picked my vehicle up. Nothing had been done. No charges. However, the service person I called 08/29/2025, I never received a call from LaFontaine about repairs, told me it was in for diagnosis at that time and he had not received word about anything being wrong. He lied. He lied. Diagnosis had not been done, nothing had been done except lying to me and inconveniencing me. I will never, ever go to LaFontaine for anything again. I gave you the lowest rating because there was no option to give you an even lower one. I hope someone there reads this and knows what is going on. Your company really sucks.
