Jerry went above and beyond during my lease process. Would highly recommend him for any purchase or lease. Leased 2 vehicles and both were good deals. They even delivered new and returned old.

Dropped my Jeep off for service on Wednesday. It's Friday and I have not heard anything from the dealership. This was a decent place to do business until Lafontaine purchased it. It seems as if the entire service industry could care less about the customer. Even with this bad experience I would rather do business with LaFontaine than Champion. And the waiting continues...

Awful service
Nothing positive I can really say other than the vehicle was eventually fixed. It took 6 weeks from drop off to pick up. Took almost 3 weeks just to diagnose my vehicle. I asked multiple times for them to let me know when a rental opened up and I never heard from them. To top it off when I finally went to pick up my vehicle it took an hour and a half for them to pull it around to the front for me. I will never get my vehicle fixed here again and likely avoid all LaFontaine locations.

Watch out for auction cars
While this should be a top-notch dealership, they do sell trade-ins that are scheduled for the auction, if no sucker buys them. When they wouldn't hold a car for 1-2 days so I could have a mechanic look at it, I purchased it anyway, thinking it needed a bit of front end work, that I hoped to do a bit each year on this low-use second car. Turned out to need over $4,000 in suspension work and it was all interrelated ... needed tires, but if suspension not fixed it would destroy tires, etc. They refused to buy it back from me, even at considerably less than I paid.

Bad experiences
I went in with a 2010 wrangler unlimited sahara for trade towards a used pickup, when they assessed the value they told me 8k they would give. The guy rob who I saw was very short and rude with me and another salesman grabbed the keys from rob to show another customer the truck I was there to look at. I never was even shown the vehicle. I ended up at Shea buick gmc in flint they gave my 10,500 for the car lafontaine would give me 8 for and was treated like a human at Shea. Moral of the story don't go in with a trade cause they will lowball you and treat you poorly while doing so.

Don't Waste Your Time
Not only did this service department charge me $100 just to look at my car and diagnose it with 'corrosion' (it was just rust I was able to wash off), they also chipped my car in the process and refused to fix it. Also don't even bother attempting to contact a manager because they will never get back with you. I cannot stress enough how bad this service center is.
