The Ed Hicks team is top notch! O bought my vehicle at a different dealership and had to have some warranty work done. They welcomed me in as if I was a regular customer and loaned me a vehicle to use over the weekend. I will definitely be shopping there in the future!

I called in to ask about DYI changing my battery.
I called in to ask about DYI changing my battery. They looked up my profile and noticed my car was under warranty. We took the car in the charging system was checked. It was the battery & they replaced under warranty. Then they delivered the car to my home at no charge! Wow.

My Infiniti SUV lost charge while in my garage.
My Infiniti SUV lost charge while in my garage. I couldn’t move it out, too heavy. My old battery was several years old. I called to get a new battery replacement at my home. Got it done within a short time.
