Sales and service is top notch. I would like to point out that the service is why we’re here. Courtesy and experience from the front desk , service manager, and technicians . My wife only lets this group touch her car.

We bought our new Infinity QX50 last year and it was easy. Since then all of our maintenance has been done through Ed Hicks Infinity in Corpus Christi and they have been a pleasure to do business with.

Greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional service encounter. Service went the extra mile ensuring my understanding of the repairs. The efficiency with which they executed the repairs is commendable. It was as if my truck had undergone a fairy-tale transformation. No longer the ugly duckling burdened with issues, it gleamed like Cinderella on her way to the ball. My experience was nothing short of enchanting.

After 6 to 8 months after buying an Infiniti SUV used

After 6 to 8 months after buying an Infiniti SUV used from the Sames Ford in Corpus Christi, TX, we were having reoccurring issues. The vehicle stayed in their service department for almost 3 weeks. No matter how many times you'd call and leave messages, no effort to return calls until roadside arrived to tow vehicle to Ed Hicks Infiniti, then received a call from Ford service department angry that I was taking the vehicle elsewhere. While at the Infiniti service department they discovered that Fords technicians tried cutting and modifying and destroying parts from our vehicle. Big thanks to Jacqueline Garcia and her team for all the great help and work. She kept us informed with everything, and got the vehicle up and running great within 3 days. Well recommend. If my wife and I ever have any issues, we definitely will stick with Jacqueline and her team at Ed Hicks Infiniti in Corpus Christi,Tx.

I drove in from Houston for a funeral and dropped off my

I drove in from Houston for a funeral and dropped off my SUV for service. Robbie was able to accommodate me. He was so much help and kept me updated every step of the way. I like the fact that I ran into Robbie at the store and being I had never been to Ed Hicks Infiniti, he recognized me and approached me.
