Leasing my car went smoothly, he change over from my old car to my new one went well

Purchase

I found a vehicle I wanted, I bought from here before so I knew I would I would feel comfortable going back. I dealt with Matt both times and he got me on the road for sure!!

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. My vehicle sat at the dealership for 7 weeks for repairs. When I was notified that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, my vehicle still wouldn’t start. The service manager Anthony got a jump pack to start my vehicle and said it didn’t start bc it sat for a week. I said, my vehicle has been ready for a week and I was just notified that it was ready??? That’s problem 1. Problem 2 is that my vehicle didn’t start which is what I brought it here for 7 weeks ago. Customer service from the service magager Anthony is a zero. Customer service from the general manager is a zero Repair is a zero bc the issue still exist. I’m out $1500 for the repairs and the vehicle is still having the original Issue of not starting

Great Service!!

I would like to send a huge shut out and thank you to service advisor Tammy for taking care of the issue with my used car. Even though I was upset over the lack of communication as to when the part would come in, she treated me with the utmost respect. She got me in and out in a matter of a couple of hours and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. Tammy is a true asset to the Davidson Ford dealership. Thank you again Tammy.

Poor attention to detail

They had the used car I was interested in, but their attention to detail is poor. They did not have the code for the keypad on the driver's door and have not yet sent me the second key fob. They overcharged me for vehicle registration and have agreed to refund me the approximately $100 of the overcharge, but 2 weeks later I have yet to see it. Maybe it will be in today's mail. In order to get the code for the keypad I have to bring the truck in for a service appointment, but the earliest they could get me in is the middle of March. Their service department must be really backed up.
