Poor attention to detail
They had the used car I was interested in, but their attention to detail is poor. They did not have the code for the keypad on the driver's door and have not yet sent me the second key fob. They overcharged me for vehicle registration and have agreed to refund me the approximately $100 of the overcharge, but 2 weeks later I have yet to see it. Maybe it will be in today's mail. In order to get the code for the keypad I have to bring the truck in for a service appointment, but the earliest they could get me in is the middle of March. Their service department must be really backed up.

Outstanding in the field
Stroalling in to inquier about a veh seen on line, No one at the welcome center, 2 sales persons 20 ft away no one helped me until an associate walked in from outside and asked if I was being helped. Maybe I was not dressed to impress but my money good as anybody's! And my credit rating better than most

Love my new Ford F-150
A great experience working with Matt on ordering a new F-150 and outstanding delivery with a minor clitch. Vehicle ready, plates applied and then a long wait for the finance guy to close the finances, this in no way should reflect on the salesman. If not for Matt gathering the paperwork and closing the deal I'm not sure I would not still be sitting there. How do you ignore a check for $26,000.
