Car overheating

I have had my 1999 Mustang in the shop 4 times in the past 3 months for the car overheating. I’m very unhappy with the service - they never fixed the problem - they even recommend extra service repairs. $1700.00 and now it’s the head gasket - they want $3500 plus tax - I feel as though I am being ripped off - very dissatisfied -

Customer Service

I went in for a noise on my front drivers side front wheel suspecting a bearing. They said it was a bearing. They said it was the passenger side. When I picked up the truck the noise was still there. They replaced the wrong bearing and wouldn't admit their mistake. Very bad customer service and my truck still has a bad bearing.

Great experience

The switch to my windshield wipers went bad, they would not turn off. I called for an appointment, the nice lady at the other end of the phone said ?Bring it in, we?ll make sure it gets looked at first thing.? I dropped it off that evening, and they called me the next morning by 11:00 and said it was done. All warranty work, I just had to sign. Very happy!

First visit to Davidson Ford

Vehicle was taken in quickly, Christine asked if I had any concerns, and then explained what would be done on the vehicle, including the cost. When the service was completed, Christine explained what had been found and I paid and was on my way. Dealership has a nice waiting area

Very efficient. Totally wait time while my vehicle was being repaired was short. I was able to get my vehicle in the same day I phoned.
