Disappointed so far

I purchased a new vehicle and brought it home 13 days ago. Since that time I discovered the windshield washer was not working. So far I have had it in twice, 1 1/2 hrs the first time and 1 1/4 hrs the second time to be repaired. It still is not working, they have to order another part snd I will have to spend still more time in the waiting area while they try again to fix the problem. I would think, for what they charge for a new vehicle, they would make sure all parts are working properly prior to sending them to the dealers to be sold. This does not reflect well on Ford?s quality control! When I get a new vehicle I do not expect to spend hours in the dealers waiting room while it is being repaired when it has less than 500 miles on it. I am beginning to regret my purchase. I hope this is not an indication of the dependability and condition of my NEW vehicle. If do, it will be my last Ford product. Just to be clear, this is not a problem with the dealer, they are trying to fix tge problem. The only suggestion I would have for them would be to provide a loaner vehicle so they can keep the ?new? vehicle until it is fixed & operating properly and the owner would not have to spend hours in the waiting room waiting for repairs to be done on a vehicle that should not require repairs.

We can assure you we are trying out hardest to get this resolved ASAP. We appreciate your suggestion for a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately due to lack of inventory, we are not able to have many available. 2022 Ford Sport Bronco

Was greeted by a professional salesman. He was courteous, patient, and listened to what I was looking for. He was very attentive and made me feel comfortable in asking questions. The facility was clean and comfortable. I was walked through the process, making sure I understood all that I was signing. And the salesman loaded the Ford app on my mobile phone and explained what he did and how to use it. Everything was explained carefully and with a friendly and patient attitude. I certainly will recommend this Ford dealership and salesman. I am (so far) very pleased with my new Ford Bronco.

was greeted promptly -then treated as a guest and not a mark at the fair -no pressure- sale proceeded at my pace -questions were answered without hesitation and Matt took good care of me

Davidson Ford - Liverpool NY: Ranger Purpose

I recently purchased a new 2022 Ford Ranger from Davidson Ford, Liverpool NY. The Sales Consultant (Mark Rupp) was very professional and friendly. He presented the vehicle features well and was knowledgeable- able to easily answer my questions. I felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle. It was a good experience.

Worth the wait!

I ordered my Bronco Sport Badlands model from Davidson Ford. The experience of ordering was easy and well guided by the team. Due to conditions beyond their control, it took about 10 months to arrive. In the interval, Davidson did all they could to expedite and provide us with updates. We got to know them pretty well! Once the vehicle arrived they treated us more than fair. They even offered to stay late to prep the vehicle for same day delivery. They really went above and beyond. By the way, I love this Bronco sport! Ford knocked it out of the park!

Davidson Ford is the best

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Rupp in Sales to trade in my 2018 Escape for a new 2021. He treated me really great. He is not aggressive and worked with me with ease. He explained everything very thoroughly so that I could make an informed decision and I very much felt that I could trust him. He was more than willing to work with me to make a deal that I was happy with so that I could have the vehicle that I wanted. I highly recommend Davidson Ford from sales to service, I have had excellent experiences there and will be a forever customer.
