I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Davidson Ford. Their unethical sales tactics are a clear example of bait-and-switch, and I would strongly advise against wasting your time with this dealership, even if you find a deal online. Timeline of Events: 10:58 AM: I inquired about a specific vehicle to confirm its availability and the advertised price. Meg from the internet sales team reassured me that the vehicle was available and there were no hidden catches. 12:10 PM: I called to confirm the vehicle was still available and spoke with Ashley. She confirmed it was and assured me that the car would be prepped for a test drive as I was half an hour away. 12:25 PM: I received a text from Ashley, instructing me to ask for Matt in sales when I arrived, as he would have the vehicle ready. 12:38 PM: I walked through the door and was greeted by Matt, who immediately informed me that the vehicle I was interested in had just been sold. He then tried to sell me other vehicles, none of which were close to the advertised price. This entire experience was a monumental waste of my time. Davidson Ford's deceptive practices and lack of transparency have lost them a customer for life. I will never recommend them or step foot in their dealership again.

We had a good experience, Hector our salesperson was a great guy and was very accommodating. He kept us informed as to what was needed and contacted us after the sale to see if we had any concerns. The financing process was very smooth with no issues. One issue was the tire pressure monitor went off after about 40 miles of use. All tires were down to 28 PSI. I would have thought this would have been checked when truck was prepped for sale. I do have a compressor at home and was able to fill all tires to the required 35 psi. I would recommend Davidson Ford to a friend.

Bought a used F-150 Super Cab from Davidson
I have been looking for a used pick-up for a while. Davidson had just what I was looking for at a very good price. They made the buying process and paperwork easy for me, and when I picked it up the truck was in outstanding condition. Communications with Davidson after the purchase has also been outstanding.

If I could give zero stars I would.
If I could give zero stars I would. My vehicle sat at the dealership for 7 weeks for repairs. When I was notified that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, my vehicle still wouldn’t start. The service manager Anthony got a jump pack to start my vehicle and said it didn’t start bc it sat for a week. I said, my vehicle has been ready for a week and I was just notified that it was ready??? That’s problem 1. Problem 2 is that my vehicle didn’t start which is what I brought it here for 7 weeks ago. Customer service from the service magager Anthony is a zero. Customer service from the general manager is a zero Repair is a zero bc the issue still exist. I’m out $1500 for the repairs and the vehicle is still having the original Issue of not starting
