Poor Customer Service

Found Sequoia on internet that we liked ,contacted dealer to view vehicle. Yes vehicle is available. After 45 minutes drive to dealership, was told the owner of the dealership drives this vehicle as a demo and he is in usually every 2-3 days. Was told to stop back by in couple days to see if owner had brought back?? Never once asked for my phone number or my name to give me a call when owner had returned with car. Very unprofessional and will not return to shop for vehicles

The Intent to Satisfy Issues Has Been Shown

Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion. However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues. Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.

Poor Customer Service

They seem nice, and want to sell you a car-- BUT they can't follow through, or are very slow on getting things they promise you. We needed a car right away (we had an accident), and we let them pressure us into something that won't really work for our situation. Granted, that's our bad, but it just kept getting worse. 1) Its been months of trying to get them to even register the car. We had to call the court house to see if it was even done! We've been driving it around hoping we don't get pulled over--because we have NO documentation. We want to sell it and buy something better, but they drug their feet getting it done. 2) They only had one key for the used vehicle (with a chip) and we wanted a second key in case we lost the one or locked it inside the car. (That's only reasonable, right!?) We were told the former owner dropped off the extra key but the sales manger said they lost it! Now they want to charge us $300 for a duplicate. They promise us the second key, but because THEY lost it, we have to fork out $300 bucks. We even checked with local locksmiths--they don't carry Mitsubishi keys with chips--and only dealers can program them if you can find them on line! 3) Just trying to call them and work something out, is like getting molasses to flow in winter! You get the routine runaround! I finally lost it with them! Typical for those who work on commission. They tell you anything to sell you a car; and as long as they have your money--you're just another one of the "little people" they don't want to have to deal with!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY! They smile to your face, say they are working on it, but when you walk away--they forget about you!

Very pleasant experience

This was the first dealership I've ever visited to purchase a new car for myself. I had a great experience there, and enjoyed interacting with everyone there. My first experience purchasing a car exceeded my expectations!
