I give this dealership a 5/5 rating because I received excellent customer service and John worked with me for four months to get me in the perfect car. They worked with me on price and payments and made me feel in control throughout my experience. I would recommend Glenn Mitsubishi to anyone and everyone. I started looking at the 2010 and 2011 Lancers and ended up purchasing the 2011 Outlander Sport. John was knowledgable about all the cars, let me test drive the cars, and gave me space when I needed time to think without pressuring me to make hasty decisions. This really made the difference to me. I will definitely go back in the future!

This purchase was one of the best automobile purchasing experiences I have ever had. I do not like the car buying experience but Joe Bodkin and Oliva made the process easy, less stressful and was very professional. I would highly recommend them to others who want a great car buying experience.
