There was really no pressure to purchasing my new car. My salesman was very cordial and they met the price I said I could pay.

I normally don't leave reviews, good or bad, but this is an exception. I have bought quite a few cars in my day and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Tony DeJesus was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would and will recommend anyone I know to go through him to get a deal done. I know I will always give him a call when it's time to start looking again. Great job Tony and great job Don Franklin Mitsubishi for the outstanding buying experience! Chris

I can't say enough! If you're looking for a car, new or used, this is the place! The selection of vehicles is nice! The staff is awesome and will do everything they can to help you with no pressure to do something you're not comfortable with. Very knowledgeable and more than willing to work with you. I told my salesman what I wanted and he gave me several options. Best experience I've had at a car lot.. period! I've been driving for 25 years!

These guys helped me with everything they possibly could to get me in a vehicle, but it didn't work out. Beautiful facility, great inventory and very nice staff.

I made two online inquiries on a vehicle (Nissan Frontier) one week in February and never got an answer called the following Monday and was told the truck sold on the Sunday (a day they advertise they are not open) Bo Bravo told me he would look into it...never heard back from him or anyone there. Called last Monday to inquire on another couple of vehicles (Chevy Silverados) and "Fernando" was supposed to text me back. He even offered to pick me up at lunch so I could some look at the vehicles. Never heard back from him. Sent an email to customer service letting them know my experience with their sales people and never got an answer. My advice to anyone looking for a vehicle is to stay far far away from this gong show!

Taylor Moody was WONDERFUL! The Finance guy was dishonest and blamed our finance company. We spoke to the finance company who explained that we had been approved for 100% financing and a payment of 335.00 per month, but the finance guy wanted more than the car was worth and wanted us to pay 390.00 per month to offset the amount owed on our trade-in. Our salesman, Taylor, was very knowledgable and easy to work with. I would be happy to work with Taylor again, but I will NOT attempt to purchase anything else fro Glenn Mitsubishi. I would consider dealing with Glenn Nissan and the finance team there. As for Glenn Mitsubishi, we waisted half a day and lost half a day of work, just to be taken for a ride by the dishonest finance guy who told us that the finance company "backed out". Thankfully, we personally know everyone at our finance company and learned that this was a complete lie. We are still 100% approved for a new vehicle and will be shopping elsewhere.

John May went out of his way to be helpful. Drove out to our house to pick up a trade in to be appraised, and even returned after the sale to bring a manual we forgot to pick up. Highly recommend the salesman and dealership.

John was very helpful and friendly. He explained features of the vehicle and was patient with my driving. He was not pushy at all in my buying a vehicle that day. I do not like pushy. Being helpful and answering my questions is the way to earn my business.

I have given this rating, because they earned it. Everyone, not just the sales rep. were very friendly and willing to accomodate me, even though they weren't dealing with me. Anthony Adams was my sales person. He had a great personality, made me feel very comfortable during the process, and believe me when I say I can be very demanding. Anthony walked me through all the information I needed to know. Very good person. I would request him again if I were to trade. Thank you, Judy T. Hart
