I would NOT recommend buying a car here at all!!! They sold me a vehicle that I am unable to drive because it has an overheating issue. I KEPT bringing the vehicle back to them to repair and they just let it sit in their parking lot for weeks and didn’t fix a single thing. All they did was put 90 extra miles on the vehicle. Also, I don’t appreciate the false statement they made on the attorney general complaint claiming that I was “abusive” to them when I’ve been nothing but nice considering they sold me a car that’s a danger to me and my children, that I still have not been able to drive and it’s been well over a month. And as far as my boyfriend, he was VERY respectful and simply tried to make a suggestion to the mechanic about why it could be overheating and the mechanic is the one that had an attitude and was “abusive” because he didn’t want to take any suggestions. The mechanics can’t possibly know what they’re doing because the overheating problem was never resolved. They kept saying it overheats every other day of them having the vehicle and didn’t know why. As a “certified mechanic” they should have conducted a diagnostics test to know what the issue was. We took it to a third party and they actually did diagnostics to figure out what was wrong with it. (which is why I didn’t bring it back to Next Step for like the 20th time, because it was in another shop). When we contacted Next Step after figuring out what was wrong with it, they refused to help. These people obviously have no care or concern for their customers. Extremely disappointed by the whole entire experience. They really should be ashamed for scamming a pregnant woman into buying an unsafe vehicle and refusing to help fix it on top of lying on the complaint.

Great people to work with. Very helpful and worked with us to get us into the car and payment we needed. The staff went out of their way to be sure the car was current on the service, and maitenance before sending us on our way. Thanks again Matt Sadler and all those at Next Step Auto!

Very pleasant experience buying a car in this dealership. Great inventory available and all the paperwork process was quick and smooth. The place has a good vibe and you do not feel pressured to buy one of their cars.

If you want a "no pressure" dealership, then come here. Matt and the team are very accommodating and informative when it comes to their inventory. I've already recommended this dealership to countless people. The whole process wasn't stressful at all. I will be bringing more business their way for sure.

I would recommend this dealership for any person looking for a non-pressured car buying experience. Ive been looking for weeks for a new car. I found one online at this dealership, which was three hours away from my home. I contacted the dealership to make sure that the car was still available prior to taking that trip.. Matt was very transparent about the car explaining they had a vandal that hit the car lot and another dealer up the road a week before. This car I was coming up to see was one that was damaged, but assured me it would be fixed. Even with this information we decided to take the trip to go look at the car. Even though we did not purchase that particular car, and not due to the damage which was disclosed, it was just too small for what we was looking for. As we were speaking with the salesman about the size we did drive a larger version of the same make of vehicle. As we were speaking with the salesman about the car, we just test drove the owner overheard us. We all went into his office he pulled the website up on a big screen with all his stock(which Is on the website) in our price range and features offered. We were shown two other vehicles which we saw while looking at the original car we came to see. He said let’s just bring them both up you go out sit in them and look at them if you don’t want to drive them that is fine not a problem. We sat in the first one and choose not to drive it. Even though I’ve owned the make two times prior. They moved it right away. The second was right behind it with all doors open and car is running we looked around it and decided to test drive . We decided to make a deal on this car. I was in love and my husband knew it. It is what I wanted even the color when I started the car shopping process just couldn’t find the right one. So started looking at other makes and models. Their financial fella was great and did get me in the price range I was knowing I’d be in and with Gap included. I would highly recommend a in person visit and online look. They have the best used cars we have seen and we seen tons in person and online with excellent conditions, low miles and prices to match. What did we buy you ask? 2018 Cadillac XT5 white in color.💕💕 The car is so clean it looks as though it came off the show room floor inside and out. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH..
