My experience was amazing, very low key, no pressure or hassles. Matt was great working with and the finance gentleman was fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone. They had my new car ready,clean but not a full tank of gas. It was a very laid back experience.

Super helpful staff and easy to work with. Good selection of vehicles. Had vehicle ready to go for appointment. No hidden charges or fees. Straight forward financing process. Not a big dealership with "I have to talk to my manager" as every answer.

Matt was a great salesman, he was very professional and easy to talk to. This place has very nice cars and we were extremely pleased. Mike the finance guy was also thorough and made the financial process one of the easiest and quickest part of the auto buying experience. No Hassle buying experience. I was in and out. I was on a very tight schedule and the team accommodated my time-line. They did all the paperwork while I was running other arrends just came back to sign the dotted line and drive off.

They were super helpful and attentive to all my questions and concerns. Every question was answered honestly and in a timely manner, would definitely recommend.

I called and spoke to Mike about a Honda Odyssey on Monday (2/8) that my family was interested in. He told me someone was test driving it when we were speaking and he took my number and told me he would call me back if they did not buy it. Not too long after we spoke, Matt called me back and said Mike told him to call me and said the van was back but the family wasn't sure about it. I told them that we couldn't come see it until Tuesday (2/9) because we were driving 3 hours to the location from Southwestern Pennsylvania and I asked if there was anyway that they could hold it for me and my husband and he said it was no problem! Tuesday morning came, school was canceled so we had to take our 3 daughters on the 3 hour ride. When we got to the lot, my husband checked over the van while me and my 3 daughters sat inside. Matt was very nice, he changed the TV to cartoons for my daughters and a little later gave them some coloring books and crayons! We ended up buying the van but really sold me on this small business was the kindness they showed my family and their honesty about the van we were buying! If I am ever looking for another vehicle, I will definitely make the 3 hour trip back to Next Step Auto Sales! 👍

They advertised a car that was misrepresented, went to look at it and it didn't have many of the features listed. Had a different car on the lot I would have looked at if I could trust them.

We had spoken to a salesman for a few days on a purchase of a car they had, worked out the deal over the phone and agreed to pick it up the following day. So the day comes we are to pick up the car, we call our salesman and let him know we had left home and were beginning to make the 3 hour drive to their dealership. Once we are an hour away (2 hours into our trip) the salesman calls to notify us they sold it to someone else. In days of online shopping I would choose another dealership.
