I am satisfied, but not overwhelmed with the customer service. I would give them an average rating all around. I would not go out of my way to return there.

We decided it was time to get our sons a good used car to get them back/forth to school and their various commitments. So we put the initial part of the process in their hands. They were given a budget and general parameters for the type of car. After a few days of research they came back with three cars that we all agreed made sense. At that point I contacted the dealerships via Carfax and set up appointments at the 3 dealerships. In order of geography we went to Ganley first. We had a specific time to meet and a specific car they were holding for us. When we got there for our appointment the sales person that we sat down with told us that the car we wanted was being sold to someone else, but to look at some other cars they had available. It was a complete “bait and switch”:( Thankfully we moved on to our appointment with Viktor at Next Auto Sales just down the road a few miles. Viktor had the car we picked ready to go for a test drive. The car was exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price. Viktor and the staff made the entire transaction very enjoyable with no pressure. We could not be happier with the car we bought and with Viktor at Next Auto Dales.

Service department at Next Step Auto Sales is absolutely amazing. From the moment you pull up, they get it in, get it done and get it out at a great price. May not sound like much, but now a days, even something as simple as great customer service, has proven to be too much for other dealers.
