I had been looking for a new pickup truck, and I was going through the USAA Car Buying Service and was looking at the Ford F150 and Dodge Ram. I contacted North Point Ford and they assigned Ron to assist me in looking for a truck. They had the color and model in stock that I was interested in, and they gave me a price over the internet-----no hastle and no time wasted. Ron was very helpful and stayed with me through the entire process. This was as painless as buying a new car can be. All of the employees at North Point were friendly and professional, and I can't say enough about the their desire to please the customer. I will definitely recommend North Point to my friends and family, and I will go there first for the next car I buy. I always stick with my dealer for service on my vehicles, and I'll certainly take my new F150 there.
