What a wonderful place this is! I will continue to do business with these people. Easy to work with, customer oriented, polite, and professional. I would recommend this place to others and if you need help call and speak with Christie or Lisa--they're great! Very sweet and patient and they will help you any way they can to get the car you want. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! How a business should be run.

Customer Service

If you decide to do business and want to call ahead, ask for Christie. She's fantastic! Very customer centered, sweet, and caring. She is also very patient and will work hard to help you in any way she can. We were checking out a car for my elderly aunt and just wanted to ask some questions and Christie was so helpful

Whenever we have had to bring our car in for service or something else, the dealership and personnel have been great. They always call and give us an estimate before doing the work and they finish the work in a timely manner. We have been very satisfied with the work they have done for us on our car.

I have purchased two Expeditions from North Point Ford...

I have purchased two Expeditions from North Point Ford and Rich has sold me both of them. I must say it's been a pleasant experience both times. Rich worked hard both times to get the deal we both can live with. My daughter went to see them the next day and bought a 2013 Explorer from Rich.We're sold on North point and Richard Whitaker!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had....

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jim Puckett was a true professional and went above and beyond to help me get the best deal possible. I wish more car sales personnel could learn from him. I hope he is still working there the next time I need to purchase a new vehicle. I have purchased several cars over the years and no sales person has even came close to Jim's professionalism. Thanks Jim!

My father located a car for me and gave me a blank check...

My father located a car for me and gave me a blank check to purchase the car. I thought the price was too high for the mileage and age of the car and told the salesman what I was willing to write the check for. He could have just said no and I would have left. However, as I was trying to negotiate with him (Rich Whitaker) the used car sales manager (Tim Starks) joined us at the desk and began to antagonize and be extremely disrespectful to my boyfriend who had gone with me. We left the dealership and Mr. Starks followed us out yelling that I should go car shopping alone. (My boyfriend had asked some questions regarding the Blue Book value of the car that they did not want to answer.) Unbeknownst to me, Mr. Whitaker had taken the insurance and registration paperwork from my car without my permission or consent. Because of the horrible attempt to give them money failed, my boyfriend and I left the dealership. We were a few miles on the way back home (to Fayetteville) when Mr. Whitaker called and told me he had the papers and would return them. Of course he never did. I even offered to send a self addressed, stamped envelope.

Checked out Del Sol.

The salesman was nice however I drove 150 miles (each way) to see a used car that was priced to be in great shape. It was not and not even cleaned. The dealerships add in Cars.com states "All pre-owned cars have a 1000 mile or 30-day labor and parts warranty." I asked about this with the Honda Del Sol I was looking at and they said that this car did not have the warranty. I don't think I will make a trip to them again.

Before I purchased the car, everyone was curteous &...

Before I purchased the car, everyone was curteous & friendly. The paperwork was rushed & misleading. I was told I would get a payment book & it never happened. I had to call the manager because the "paper work" guy James Spears didn't get them to me as he promised & when I did get them, it was after the 30 day "lemon law" had expired. The undercarriage in the front of the car was cracked & the defrost was minimal in the rain.

I have been doing business with North Point for over 10...

I have been doing business with North Point for over 10 years. Being as particular as I am, and very demanding about the things and places inwhich I make investments some dealerships simply cannot deliver. North Point took it as a challenge and have listened and adhered to my feedback. Several years back they brought back a real service manager, Lee. He made an impression on me, fixed my problem and my experience, so I came back. We continued to buy here. Alfonso was my sales associate, he was very helpful in finding the vehicle I selected and Chad in Finance wrapped it up in a nice package ensuring my financing was as I desired and not led by a banking institution. I rarely write reviews, but my entire family was pleased with this transaction.

North Point Ford is the best Ford dealer I have ever...

North Point Ford is the best Ford dealer I have ever used, for both sales and service. Recently, I bought a new (used) car, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also felt that the price we arrived at for the car was very reasonable. Also, the service department is outstanding. They are honest, fast, and thorough. I would highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service.
