This was the best car buying experience I have had to date! They were extremely clear with the financing, and didn't make you feel like you had to make a deal with the devil to get a good price! Amazing customer service and no pressure to buy. I would highly recommend this dealer.

Painless purchase
I liked the idea that information about the 2008 Mazda Miata I bought was online, including the history and other details via Carfax. Todd Heim was a considerate and straightforward salesman, and I appreciated the time he took to explain every step of the buying process. Jim Tosh, the business manager, was equally professional and respectful, and after we all got a chuckle out of the trade-in value of my 1995 Ford Escort, the sale was complete. The entire process took three hours, but I enjoyed lots of free coffee in the cafe area while waiting for credit approval, etc. I was happy with the terms, and Mr. Heim followed up on his promise to provide me with an owner's manual for the car. I also had a subsequent question to ask through the service department, and my question was answered promptly, courteously and thoroughly. Altogether, it was a great experience, and I'm delighted with my Miata, which had only 32,662 miles on it at time of purchase.

Great experience!
My boyfriend and I both purchased new cars this week at Duval Mazda. His salesperson was Shep, and mine was Jason. They both went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered and that all of our needs were met. Boyfriend got a beautiful 2014 Mazda 6, and I got a 2013 cx5; we couldn't be happier with the cars and the whole experience. We both got great deals. The finance manager was super friendly and helpful as well. Everyone was very honest and made us feel right at home. This is my first Mazda and experience at this dealership, but my boyfriend has been with them for years. The service plans are excellent, and I will definitely recommend this dealership, especially Jason and Shepard, to anyone looking for a car.

Bad attitude and experience
Sales person Todd was not good to work with. He doesn't listen to his customers rather tries to tell them how things are and what they should be alright with.

Leased a Mazda3
If you buy or lease a car these days and don't do your homework, only you are to blame when the deal you get isn what you thought. I contacted multiple Mazda dealers asking for quotes on the Mazda 3 5 door. I put in my preferences, and waited for the response. Duval was the first to get back to me, eager to answer every question I had, willing to do almost whatever it took to close the deal. Other dealers were slow to respond, or in some cases never responded at all. In the end I leased a car from them. I am still happy with the terms I received. I am still pleased with the service they provided. I have less than 9 months left on my lease and will give Duval Mazda the first opportunity to ear my business again.

don't buy used car here
bought a used car with 130k on it. i understand i get what i pay for, but only after 280 miles the engine light came on and white smoke came out the a/c vent. only thing the dealer offer is to set me up an service appt. i asked him why should i trust your mech can't spot the problem first? i took the car to local part store, the guy scanned my car's code for free and looked up told me what might be the problem. and he told me the engine case is leaking oil.
