This was my first experience with using the service center - for my first oil change. Lots of available appointments to fit any schedule. Waiting areas are comfortable and there are places for folks that perfer it quiet or want coffee or TV, etc. Service was fast even though it was a Saturday, service tech was friendly and my car was washed. Great experience.

After a bad experienxe with Clay Cooley i decided to go somewhere else. I'm glas i came to kia in Carrollton. Jason was really nice, explained everything, kept me updated. The waiting area is nice, i had some cookies and coffee while I waited. Originally it was supposed to be there for 90 minutes and at the end it was only about 45. Great job
